BELIEVE
To believe in, is to hold as
the object of faith, is to trust
on, to place full confidence
in, to rest upon with faith.

23)JESUS said unto him, if
thou canst believe, all things
are possible to him that

SPIRITUAL BLESSING
All things are possible for
him who believes, all things
effected or accomplished by
GOD in favor of him that
believe, the power of GOD is
available but a person must
trust in GOD’S power.
Spiritual, blessing are secured
by JESUS word and power, he
can do all things if we have
confidence on his power,
love and faithfulness.
*JESUS CHRIST can and will
do anything for those that
believe in him, but the prayer
of faith must be based on the
will of GOD, we must not ask
of anything foolish or wrong.
*The request must be based
on sincere seeker who lives
faithfully according to his will
and not limited by:
UNBELIEF

TRUE FAITH
True Faith is an effective
faith that produce result, is
not force or power but to
belief in GOD

The true faith is a work of
GOD within the hearts of a
believer/Christian, it involves
an awareness divinely
imparted to our heart that
our prayer is answered
Since true faith is a gift
imparted to us by JESUS
CHRIST, it is important to
draw near to CHRIST and his
word and to deepen our
commitment to, and
confidence in, him, we must
be dependent on him for
every thing.

REPENT AND BELIEVE THE
GOSPEL: The time is fulfilled
That is, the time for the
appearance of the Messiah,
the time so long foretold, has
come. The kingdom of GOD is
at hand for the salvation of
man to come upon the world

*REPENTANCE AND BELIEVE
A person must repent and
believe the good news of
GOD, both repentance and
belief are essential for the
believer.
REPENT YE-Exercise sorrow
for sins, and turn from them,
AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL
And believe the gospel- Trust
in the gospel, or believe the
good tiding for salvation
Repentance and believe
/faith is condition of
admission into Christian
covenant.4
Repentance has a special
reference to GOD the
FATHER, and Faith to JESUS
CHRIST is revealed as the
propitiation of sin the only
way to reconcile with the
FATHER
Without faith repentance
become hopelessness and
without repentance faith
becomes only assumption,
the two must work together

BELIEVE:
Be not afraid, only believe:
Fear is the opposite of belief,
believing GOD eliminates
fear, believing that GOD care
and will deliver on through
any and all circumstances of
life erases fear, if GOD cares
there is nothing to fear
However, if one does not
believe that GOD care, then

HAVE FAITH IN GOD- have a
firm faith or confidence in
the power and faithfulness of
GOD, to enable you to effect
what you believe will be for
his glory, and furtherance of
the work which you are
engaged.
BELIEF AND DOUBT
The faith that JESUS refers to
here is GOD-given faith that
enables a person to face
impossibility and see it move
by Gods Power, during times
of testing and trials,
revelation is needed to
activate GOD’S faith in us in
order for a miracle to occur
It is to have confidence in
GOD; a strong belief that he
will able to accomplish
things that appears most
difficult with the power of
GOD with ease

The special proof of the
centurion believes and great
faith in JESUS
JESUS power was aroused by
the centurion’s sense of
unworthiness, I do not
deserve to have you come
under my roof, a sense of

Sovereign LORD, he is the
one who alone has the power

JESUS RECEIVE ANY ONE
WHO TRULY BELIEVES
The great faith of the
centurion aroused JESUS to
show and demonstrate that
he can receive any man who
truly believe.
THREE BARRIER OF THE
CENTURION:
The ideological barrier: The
centurion was a man
rejected, despised, and hated
by the Jews, yet JESUS reach
him and meet his needs
The physical barrier: The
centurion’s servant was
desperately ill and some
miles away, yet JESUS could
reach the servant, his power
could extent to all the
physical barriers, no matter
how far away or how difficult
the condition is
The spiritual barrier: The
centurion was a gentile,
considered by the Jews to be
lost spiritually, an alien and
an enemy of the people of
GOD, but JESUS had the
power to reach the man, to
breakthrough the spiritual
barrier of his soul and save
him.
JESUS can reach the soul of
any man who will believe in
him, no matter how lost or
how alien ,how much of an
enemy
JESUS possessed the power
to reject any man, even
those who professed to be
children of the kingdom, that
is the religious.
BELIEVING IN JESUS AND BE
SAVED
The greatest of men must
approach JESUS begging,
totally dependent upon him,
no matter the position,
power, fame, wealth, and
social standing , must be laid
aside, Our thoughts cannot
be focus on self and social
acceptability, but only
believe upon JESUS CHRIST
and his power if we need to
meet our need
JESUS power was aroused by
the centurion’s love- his love
for slave, the centurion was
pouring out his heart for
another person (intercessory
prayer) In the eyes of the
society the person should
have been meaningless

THE BELIEVING BLIND
The blind men came to
JESUS CHRIST- That is, they
followed him into the house,

persevere until they got what

compassionate and forceful,

JESUS questioned the blind
men: DO YOU BELIEVE THAT I
AM ABLE TO DO THIS?- He
stand always ready to help
but with condition and
qualification- DO YOU
BELIEVE THAT I AM ABLE TO
DO THIS

UNBELIEF AND LITTLE FAITH
AND JESUS SAID UNTO
THEM BECAUSE OF YOUR
UNBELIEF:
The clear reason for no
power was unbelief, that is
doubting the power of the
LORD within one self, and it
is questioning if one is close
enough to JESUS CHRIST for
him to hear and answer or to
grant enough power to meet
the need
Unbelief is doubting the
one’s own dependence and
confidence in CHRIST

live a strict religious life but

get to GOD through faith in

One must believe GOD that

WORLDLINESS AND BELIEVE
The success of the seed
depends on the condition of
the soil (heart) to receive the
seed(Word) , If the ground
(heart) is soft and rich being
full of the right
minerals(spiritual qualities)
and cleared of all junk and
bush, then it is ready to
receive the seed,
The seed on the path way or
wayside pays little attention
to the warning and promises
of GOD, before the person of
the wayside believe the devil
comes and snatches the
word away, lest they should
believe and be saved
The seed on the rock, this
person hears the word, and
becomes excited over it, he
receives the word, confessed
belief, but fail to count the
cost, to consider the
commitment, self-denial, the
sacrifice, the study, the
learning, the hour and effort
required. He is not rooted
and grounded in the word,
when trail and temptation
comes he will not endure.

TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON
HIS NAME- This is the
privilege of all that believe in
the name, word of JESUS
CHRIST
The SON being shut out
majority of people who don’t
believe and acknowledge
and, regenerates those few
to give them the power to be
taken to be his children of
GOD
