IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE
The GOD the only living and
true GOD show wrath by
given men to a depraved
mind, means a mind that is
rejected, disapproved,
corrupted, cannot stand the
test of judgment, as they
rejected GOD, they were
displeased with GOD, and
choose to forsake HIM, and
follow their own passions
and lusts , it was not that
GOD compelled them, or
that he did not give them
knowledge: nor even its not
that he arbitrarily
abandoned them, but they
rejected GOD as a
consequence he gave them
up to a reprobate mind,
vain empty mind, worthless,
good for nothing devoid of
all true knowledge and
judgment, evil and
disapproved of GOD .
They reprobated the
knowledge of GOD, they
refused to hold the true
idea of GOD, so as to grow
and increase in the
knowledge of GOD , for it is
proved that they were not
totally without the
knowledge of GOD in the
world: but they did not
acknowledge him as they
ought; did not use or
improve the knowledge
they had of him to the
purpose ,and they have
nothing to do with GOD,
and did not approve of
holding GOD as the object
of people’s
acknowledgment and
worship, but approve of the
worship of false gods and
images , and on that
account they substituted
idolatry in place of the pure,
spiritual worship of the one
true GOD and establish it by
their rule as the true god.
So GOD had nothing to do
with them, so He gave them
up to a reprobate mind, a
mind not perceiving or
approving what is good,
either in principle or
practice: a mind void of
proper knowledge and
appreciation of what is
excellent , without feeling ,
being filled with
unrighteousness and
injustice, unmerciful,
uncompassionate , unkind,
wicked

AND GOD TURNED AND
GAVE THEM UP
GOD, being most
righteously provoked,
turned away from them in
anger , he withdraw his
presence and HIS favor from
them, as in many other
instance , abandoned them
to their own desire, gave
them up to worship the
host of heaven; for since
they liked not to retain the
knowledge and worship of
the true GOD, who made
the heavens, and the earth,
GOD in righteous judgment,
gave them up to a
reprobate mind, to commit
all the idolatry.
Those who persist in
resisting and disobeying
GOD are eventually given
over to the influence of evil.
Satan and immorality, for
those who hardened their
hearts, resist the Spirit and
refuse to accept GOD’S
salvation, there remains
only His wrath, GOD does
not continue to forgive
when there is no response
to faith on our part, He
forgives only those who
response to HIM by turning
their hearts to him in
sincere repentance, true
faith and humble
obedience.
It is written in the book of
the prophets, refers to
AMOS 5:25 O ye House of
Israel you offered to me
slain beasts and sacrifice by
the space of forty years in
the wilderness, no they
offered to the devils and not
to GOD, the people of Israel
worshiped false gods, they
corrupted GOD’S worship ,
when Israel worship, they
worship the heavenly
bodies,, that is Sun, Moon,
Stars, which was a carry
over of the Egyptians
idolatry, so when they make
offering and sacrifice to
GOD, they were really
worshiping false gods, their
heart and thoughts were
upon the world(Egypt) and
its idols , the people of
Israel did not carry the
tabernacle of GOD , but
false gods, publicly and
outwardly they were
carrying the tabernacle of
GOD , however, as they
went, their heart and
thoughts were upon false
gods and GOD’S response
was to give them up to their
lust, When they began to
revolt, and provoke GOD to
jealousy with abominations,
they had offered many
sacrifices, but not offered to
GOD , but sacrificed to idols
they kept up the form of
worship generally, but they
frequently forsook GOD, for
a space of forty years they
did not honor GOD but
often departed from him
and worshiped idols, GOD
did not accept them
because they did not offer
them with pure and upright
hearts,
Stephen rebuked the Jews
with the idolatry of their
father, to which GOD gave
them up as a punishment
for their forsaking him , they
were carried for their
idolatry to the cites of
Meded, Halah and Habor,
by the river Gozan , how far
beyond Babylon, where the
ten tribes were carried
Just as they had carried the
tabernacle with their heart
focused upon false gods, so
GOD had carried them and
given them up to captivity
of a heathen nation who

BECAUSE THEY GLORIFY
HIM NOT AS GOD
Their sin, therefore, in
worshipping idols, and in
concealing the true GOD ,
they glorified him not as
GOD, did not esteem him,
pay homage to him or serve
him in a manner worthy of
him, for even though they
knew GOD as the creator,
they did not honor him as
GOD or give thanks for His
wonderous creation, on the
contrary they become
worthless of their thinking,
godless, with pointless
reasoning and their foolish
heart that was darkened ,
claiming to be wise, they
became fools, they did not
regard with proper
reverence all his perfection
and laws; to adore his
name, his power, his
holiness, and presence.
As they were not persuaded
to do this things, so they
were given over to their
own vain and wicked
desires, to be self
conceited, or seek praise
from others, they acted
foolishly, sinners not willing
to serve and give Honor to
GOD as GOD,, to reverence,
love, and obey him, neither
were thankful, for God for
his mercies, for his
goodness, which we
experience every day
When men push GOD out
of their mind, their mind are
void , empty, senseless,
worthless futile of GOD,
GOD is not in their 7
thoughts, their minds are
ready to be filled with some
other gods, men suffer
empty thoughts and
darkened heart because
they do not glorify GOD and
offered thank to GOD.
The only living and true
GOD shows wrath be cause
men become prideful and
turn away from HIM and
claiming that he is too wise
to believe in GOD, too
intelligent to depend upon
the words , GOD does exist,
and He has clearly revealed
himself both within men’s
thought, therefore when
men’s heart and mind are
emptied of GOD, men have
to fill their hearts and
thoughts with something
else, they have to have
another gods, they replace
GOD with something else,
some rules, regulation,
some persons, some gods
by which they guide
themselves.

of GOD’S revelation and
seeks pleasure and
ungodliness, GOD allows sin
and its consequences to
accelerate as part of His
judgment upon them
WHO CHANGE THE TRUTH
OF GOD TO LIE
Men exchanged the truth
of GOD for a lie, and
worshiped and served the
created things of GOD for a
lie, and worshiped and

rather than the creator,
man abandons the only true
and living GOD and lust
after uncleanness, he lusts
and carves so much that he
creates a god by giving their
time and energy to their
own desire, pursuits, and
lusts, they serve gods that
allow them to go ahead and
live as they wish, they
imagine what god is like and
they worship him either in
their mind or in some
graven image molded by
their hands, they conceive
of a god that is, a god of
some religion, a god of
some part of nature son,
moon, stars,
Man abandons the only
true and living GOD and lust
after uncleanness, he lust
and craves so much that he
create a god in his own
mind who allow him to
satisfy His lust, that he
conceive of a god that will
allow him to do what he
wants, that he twist their
god to fit what he wants,
that he rationalized and
thinks that his god
understands his situation
and need, and that his god
will not judge him for his
immorality and craving lost,
man serves and gives his
time and energy to the god,
he imagines in his mind and
to the idols he creates
within his imagination and
thoughts, he abandons GOD
so that he can live the
impure life he craves,
therefore, GOD judges man
and abandons man to live in
his sin

How terrible is it for a man
to rebel against GOD’S
goodness and kindness, he
has the glorious privilege of

hearing of mercies,

week by week , month by
month and year by year, yet
he rejects GOD goodness,
refusing to repent, his
rejection terms to store up
the anger of GOD against
himself, his judgment is

HAVING THE UNDERSTANDING
DARKENED BEING ALIENATED
FROM THE LIFE
OF GOD
Having the understanding
darkened, this is because
they were alienated from
GOD, through worldly living,
their hearts have become
hard, callous, insensible to
spiritual influence,
perceiving no beauty in
Divine things,; this makes
them ignorant, careless,
foolish; and such being their
state of heart, they are
alienated from the life of
GOD and particularly
because of the blindness of
their hearts: in the things
spiritual is very dark and
ignorant, as about the
nature and perfection of
GOD, His righteousness,
about sin and the
consequences of it; about
CHRIST, His office and work
of, they hate the very idea
of spiritual and holy service12
THROUGH THE IGNORANCE
THAT IS IN THEM
That ignorance which is
them is the cause of their
alienation from the life of
GOD, unbeliever walk
separately from the life of
GOD, they are spiritually
dead and doomed to
eternal death, Separated,
cut off, detached, they are
always unfriendly or hostile,
he is estrange from GOD,
with unfriendly and hostile
feelings, they are separated
from GOD because of own
willful ignorance and
hardness of heart, they are
responsible for their own
death as the choose to be
ignorant within their minds ,
and to be ignorant to GOD,
they choose to harden their
heart
BECAUSE OF THE
BLINDNESS OF THEIR
HEART
The hardness of their
heart, the heart is naturally
stony, and so it remains till
grace take away the stony
heart, and give a heart of
flesh EZEKIEL 36:26-27
It is insensible and
inflexible, and there is a
voluntary hardness of it,,
men willingly hardens
themselves against GOD
and make their heart like an
adamant stone, all sin is of
an hardening nature; and
there is judicial hardness,
which GOD gives up men
unto, is no wonder men
should be so ignorant of
GOD, and so alienated from
the life of Him: blindness
heart.
Unbeliever are hard and
have lost all sensitivity, that
is they reach a point where
they no longer have feelings
for GOD and HIS standard of
righteousness, to have loose
all sensitivity means to
become callous, insensible,
hardened , the more a
person work without GOD
the more heartless, a
person become to GOD, the
more a person walk in sin,
the more his conscience
becomes to righteousness,
sin become more and more
acceptable , the persons
conscience no longer
bothers him , he rich a point
of losing all sensitivity and
become callous and
insensitive to GOD
WHO BEING PAST FEELING
Past feeling of unbeliever,
having lost all sense and
conscious of sin, is wholly
hardened in sin, which is the
accurate state of sinners, he
has no feelings, no emotion,
feeling senseless,
shameless, his heart is
insensible as hard

LEARN CHRIST
But you believers have
been taught that his
doctrine requires you to
abandon such a way of
sinful life, believers is to
walk in CHRIST, he is not to
walk as men of the world,
they walk in vanity, of their
minds, but the believer who
are regenerate persons ,
are not to learn such sinful
life.
,CHRIST did not live a sinful
life, and did not learn such
sinful life from CHRIST, they
did not walk in vanity of
mind, but filled with GOD,
with a saving knowledge of
GOD in CHRIST, with the
fear and the of love of GOD
in CHRIST, with a spiritual
knowledge of CHRIST, with
faith in him, with His grace
and fruits of righteousness,
if a person has really heard
CHRIST speaking to their
heart, then what they have
heard was not the kind of
life lived by unbelievers, the

THEY ARE ALL GRIEVOUS
REVOLTERS , WALKING
WITH SLANDER;
They are all grievous
revolters , from the right
way of GOD and His
worship, they are the
greatest sinners and
transgressors , the most
stubborn and disobedient,
the are stubborn rebel who
were continually slandering
the name of GOD in their
hypocritical and fraudulent
manner; playing the
hypocrite with GOD, or
tricking and deceiving their
neighbors, as well as the
names of other people, and
they were guilty of leading
others into corruption, their
character was inferior, like
bronze and iron, being the 17
harder metals express the
degraded and stubborn
character and not as silver
and gold, are hard, they
have immorally
degenerated, inflexible, a
character that is far less
what it should be, they are
all corrupters of themselves
and others, of the doctrines
and manner of men, and of
the ways and worship of
GOD.
The bellows are burned,
worn out by continual
blowing, by the strong heart
of fire, they were like a
supposedly precious metal
that was so impure it could
not be refined, no matter
how hot the fire got or how
much the bellows blew, the
wicked are not pluck away
the impurities were not
separated from the metal,
no matter how GOD
disciplined them, the
wickedness could not be
purged from the heart of
the people, they have
sinned so much that they
were beyond repentance,
denying the LORD and
fulfilling the desire of their
flesh had become the
dominant characteristic of
their lives
REPROBATE SILVER
They were rejected by the
LORD, because they were so
impure, so corrupt, and so
hardened toward GOD, he
was forced to reject them,
from being His people; and
therefore cast them out of
HIS presence, GOD will
reject the guilty, those who 18

HIM and who have never
accepted HIS son JESUS

Repent and turn from evil

where you have lived, turn
you again now everyone
from his evil ways, and from
the evil of your doing;
repent of your sins, and
reform them, particularly
your idol worship , if you
turn away from idol worship
the creations of their own
imaginations, GOD would
not judge or harm them, so
long as they served the
LORD GOD, they continue in
their own land, in the
comfort and blessing of it;
as far as they served and
worshipped Him only, he
protects and defend them,,
but when they forsook him,
and went after other gods,
and served and worshipped
them, then they were
threatened to be cast out
of their land, and carried
captive into other lands,
and yet, after, if they
returned from their
idolatries and left of
worshipping idols, the Lord
was ready to receive them

nations shall serve the king

of salvation and

listen and paid no attention
whatsoever to GOD’S word.
No matter what GOD
offered them, they did not
listen to His word, they
stubbornly closed their ears
and become hard-hearted
against HIM, they provoke
GOD by turning away and
worshipping false god,
instead of worshipping HIM,
the only living and true
GOD, they turn to the idols
of the world, the one
created in their own minds
and imaginations, they
brought judgment upon
themselves, because of
their stubbornness and
their refusal t they provoke
the LORD and brought
destruction upon
themselves, they had no
one to blame but
themselves, they are to
accept the blame and bear
the burden the coming
judgment of GOD
THEREFORE BECAUSE YOU
HAVE NOT HEARKENED
AND OBEY MY WORD
Due to the people’s
spiritual deafness, GOD’S
hand of judgment would fall
heavily upon them, I will
send and take all the
families of the North, they
would be conquered by
Babylon, exiled throughout
the Babylonian empire, and
suffer a seventy-year
captivity.
And Nebuchadnezzar the
king of Babylon my servant,
though a great king, he was
a servant of the LORD of
host;

GOD’S servant, both as a
creature of his make, and a
king that ruled under Him;
and as he was and
instrument in His hand to
chastise HIS people the ,
this does mean the
Nebuchadnezzar was a
righteous man, but rather
that GOD was using him as a
servant to execute HIS
justice and Judgments on
earth , GOD appointed
Nebuchadnezzar to destroy
Judah and all other nations
surrounding it and will
utterly destroy them, and
make them an
astonishment, and an
hissing, and perpetual
desolations, both the Jews
and their neighbor: will be
an astonishment to some,
and a hissing to others, and
remain desolate for some
time; even till the seventy
years were ended
MOREOVER, I WILL TAKE
FROM THEM THE VOICE OF
MIRTH,
There shall be no voice of
bridegroom, and the voice
of bride; expressing their
mutual love unto, and
delight in each other longer
any mark of trade carried
on, even respecting the
common necessaries of life
such as the gridding of corn;
and there will be use of
candle, the land shall be so
desolate that even in the
houses left standing there
shall be no inhabitant: a
terrible stillness shall
prevail; no sound of hand
mill ,where the inhabitant
are cast out; nor will there
be occasion for such
illuminations as are usual on
festivals solemnities, it time
of general desolation, no
night light,
THESE NATIONS SHALL
SERVE THE KING OF
BABYLON
That is, Nebuchadnezzar
and his successors,
collectively considered:
seventy-years(70), this
period of the nation’s
servitude , this prophecy is a
famous prophecy in regards
of its fixing the particular
space of time in which the
Jews abode in the captivity
of Babylon,
I WILL PUNISH THE KING OF
BABYLON
WHEN SEVENTY YEARS ARE
ACCOMPLISHED, I WILL
PUNISH THE KING OF
BABYLON
GOD often punishes the
persons whom he makes
instruments of HIS
vengeance upon others for
those very thing which they
did by his appointments,

because their intention was
merely to carry on their
own ambitious and cruel
purpose, and not at all to
fulfil GOD’S will, or advance
his own glory, so that the
evil they did was altogether
their own, and the good
that was brought out of it
was to be ascribe solely
AND THAT NATION FOR
THEIR INIQUITY
GOD often punishes person
or nation of their pride,
ambition, luxury, tyranny
and cruelty, as well as for
their various idolatries,
which after Daniel
interpretation of
Nebuchadnezzar’s dreams,
and the miracle wrought by
GOD and the land of the
Chaldees was taken, but the
judicial judgment of GOD
has to be executed against
Babylon as well, Babylon
most horrendous evil,
injustice, and cruelty toward
other people, GOD would
raise up another nation
Persia as His agents to
execute judgment against
the wicked, brutal
Babylonians just as they
have enslave the other
nations, so the nations and
kings of media- Persia
would enslave them , the
Babylonian nation will be
destroyed forever, they will
reap exactly what they have
sowed, with their evil deeds
and brutal treatment of the
people they conquered

know GOD; but in works
they deny Him being
abominable, and
disobedient, and unto every
good reprobate

THEY PROFESS THAT THEY
KNOW GOD BUT IN WORKS
THEY DENY HIM
One of the greatest
abomination in GOD’S eye is
to profess faith in CHRIST
and hope of eternal life,
while at the same time
living in disobedience to
HIM and HIS word, they
make a claim that they
know GOD, but there
conduct is such as to show
that they have no real
acquaintance with him,
their works deny Him,,
BEING ABOMINABLE AND
DISOBEDIENT
THEY confess CHRIST, but
their works betrays them as
their behavior clearly
showed that they were
hypocrites, they being
detestable: vile and
repulsive, to both GOD and
believers, they were
corrupting the truth, they
don’t teach the pure word
of GOD and truth about
GOD and HIS Son JESUS
CHRIST they were denying
GOD
They were disobedient ;
refusing to submit to GOD
and to follow and teach the
truth of CHRIST and GOD’S
word, they are unfit useless
and worthless they are fit
to be rejected, and unto
every good work reprobate ,
their conduct was such that
it could not be approved,
rejected they are person
justly to be abominated of
all good men, unbelieving in
the Gospel, disobedient to
the rule of law, and
stubborn to and averse
from, any good work, they
cannot do good or was it in
them to do good, they were
without the spirit CHRIST,
and without HIS Spirit, and
grace, without which no
man can do anything that is
spiritually good: they have
no true faith, and therefore
what ever they do was
sinful
