THE MOST IMPORTANT MATTER OF THE
LAW IS JUDGMENT MERCY AND FAITH AND
NOT TITHE
*The three inward duty of human heart is:
(1) JUDGMENT
(2) MERCY AND
(3) FAITH,
WHICH WAS OMITTED BY FALSE RELIGION:
AND FOCUS ON TITHE FOR:
(MONEY/COVETOUSNESS )
*The religionist stresses outward
observance of rituals, ceremony and the
collection of Tithe and rejects the most
important matter of the law, which is:
- Justice
- Mercy and
- Faith
1)JUDGMENT (JUSTICE)
Treating our neighbor as we should treat our
self, never be guilty of injustice
2) MERCY
Showing care, concern, kindness, compassion
and tenderness to all who are weak, needy
3) FAITH
To love GOD with all our heart, mind soul and
strength, trusting and believing in his
promises
*They observed the ceremonial rule of the
law with all possible exactness, while they
utterly neglected the eternal, immutable,
indispensable rules of righteousness
JUDGMENT- justice to others, as magistrate,
neighbors, citizen, giving to all their just dues

MATTER OF THE LAW:
CHRIST said that the more important of the
law is : Judgment, Mercy and Faith

(23) Woe unto you scribe and Pharisees,
hypocrites! For ye pay TITHE of Mint and
Anise and Cumin, and have omitted the
weightier matter of the law Judgment,
Mercy, and Faith: these ought ye to have
done, and not to leave the other undone

THE FALSE RELIGION STRESS MORE
IMPORTANCE ON TITHE THAN JUSTICE AND
THE LOVE OF GOD.
*The religionist collect tithe(money) and pass
over judgment and love of GOD
*The false Religion stressed more on rituals,
ceremony and tithe(money) and set aside:
1) JUSTICE AND
2) LOVE OF GOD
The false religionist exercise zeal to the
observation of ritual and tradition of men
that brings money (Tithe) than in the
observation of the moral law of GOD
JUSTICE
Is the way we treat others and to obey the
word of GOD and give to every one what is
theirs
LOVE OF GOD
Which is the true root, out of which all
things should flow, duty towards GOD and
good works towards men
The love we have for GOD and others Mercy,
Comparison for the poor, needy etc,
*THE ILLEGAL USE OF TITHE BY FALSE
RELIGIONIST
The Tithe are coveted for oneself and the
extravagant building and personal comfort.
*TITHE IS USED FOR THE POOR,
FATHERLESS, STANGER, WIDOW AND NEEDY
The Tithe is for the Ministering to the poor,
widow, stranger, fatherless as directed to the
poor in the new testament by JESUS

THE LAW OF TITHE
TITHE IS YEARLY AND EVERY THREE YEARS
FOR DISTRIBUTION TO STRANGERS,
FATHERLESS, WIDOW, POOR
(22) thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of
thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by
year
(23) And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy
God, in the place which he shall eat before
the Lord thy God, in the place, which he shall
choose to place his name there, the Tithe of
thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil and the
firstlings of thy herbs and of thy flocks: that
thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God
always.
(24) And if the way be too long for thee, so
that thou art not able to carry it: or if the
place be too far for thee, which the Lord thy
God shall choose to set his name there, when
the Lord thy God has blessed thee:
(25) then shalt thou turn it into money, and
bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt
go unto the place which the Lord thy God
Shall Choose:
(26) And thou shalt bestow that money for
whatever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or
for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or
for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou
shall eat there before before the Lord thy
God and thou shalt rejoice thou and thine
household,
(27) And the levite that is within thy gates
thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no
part nor inheritance with thee.
(28) At the end of three years thou shalt
bring forth all the Tithe of thine increase the
same year and shalt lay it up within thy gates
DISTRIBUTING THE TITHE TO THE POOR,
FATHERLESS, WIDOW ETC IN YOUR TOWNS
(29) And the Levite, (because he hath no
inheritance with thee) and the stranger, and
the fatherless, and the widow, which are
within thy gates shall come and shall eat and
be satisfied that the Lord thy God may bless
thee in all the work of thine hand which thou
doest.

THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE TITHE TO THE
POOR IN THE VILLAGES/TOWN
The Third tithe for the distribution to the
Stranger, fatherless, widow, Levite and the
poor is a CHARITY TITHE to relief the
suffering of Poor neighbors within your
towns
The Tithe thus directed in the third year is to
be distributed to charity at various
towns/homes not church
* PUTTING AWAY THE HALLOWED THINGS
OUT OF THINE HOUSE
All thing of the third year tithe is for
distribution to the poor neighbors is called
Hallowed thing is devoted to GOD for the
poor

which is the year of tithing, and hast given it
unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless
and the stranger, the fatherless and widow,
that they may eat within thy gates, and be
filled
(13) then thou shalt say before the lord thy
GOD, I have brought away the hallowed
things out of mine house, and also have given
them unto the levite, and unto the stranger,
to the fatherless, and to the widow according
to all thy commandments, which thou hast
commanded me: I have not transgressed thy
commandments neither have I forgotten

THE ANNULMENT OF AARON AND
LEVITICAL PRIESTHOOD THAT

THE CHANGE OF THE LEVITICAL

The priestly order of Aaron/levitical that
are responsible for the administration of the
tithe is abrogated/ cancelled ,
The Annulment make way for the original
priesthood that preceded it the order of
Melchizedek, this made it necessary to
change the law and abolish all the sacrifice
offerings which could not bring perfection,
reconciliation to GOD to make them holy and
take away sin
SUBSTITUTION OF GOSPELS TO LEVITICAL

*God change the law and it priesthood
through JESUS CHRIST as the only priest and
sacrifice and substituted the gospel to
levitical institutions, which contains
especially Tithe by the Levites that is
annulled
TITHE NOT RECORDED AS PAID BY ANY
DISCIPLES OR LORD JESUS
No more levite to collect tithe and tithe
not recorded in the gospel as part of the new
commandment and not paid by JESUS
CHRIST , his disciples or apostles

11) If therefore perfection were by the
Levitical priesthood, for under it the people
received the law, what further need was
there that another priest should rise after the

12) For the priesthood being changed, there
is made of necessity a change also of the law
13) For he of whom these things are spoken
pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man
gave attendance at the altar
14) For it is evident that our LORD sprang
out of Judah; of which tribe Moses spake
nothing concerning priesthood
15) And it is yet far more evident; for that
after the similitude of Melchizedek there
ariseth another priest
16) Who is made, not after the law of a
carnal commandment, but after the power of
an endless life
17) For he testifieth, thou art a priest for
ever after the order of Melchizedek
18) For there is verily a disannulling of the
commandment going before for the
weakness and profitableness thereof
19) For the law made nothing perfect, but
the bringing in a better hope did; by which,
we draw nigh unto GOD.

THE OLD COVENANT CONTAINS THE LAW OF
TITHE WHICH WAXED OLD AND VANISH
AWAY
The old covenant is abrogated and out of
date, now which decayed
Furthermore, the Law of Tithe is
administered Levitical and Aaronic
priesthood by the levites, which was not part
of the glorious gospel by JESUS CHRIST that
is built on mercy ,compassion and giving to
the poor
JESUS CHRIST, HIS DISCIPLES AND THE
APOSTELS DID NOT PAY TITHE no record of
such in the new testament doctrine

worship GOD, nothing on this earth can give

9) Which was a figure for the time then
present, in which were offered both gifts and
sacrifices, that could not make him that did
the service perfect, as pertaining to the

and divers washing, and carnal ordnances,

11) but CHRIST being come a high priest of
good things to come, by a greater and more
perfect tabernacles, not made with hands,
that is to say, not of this building
