7) For ye have the poor with
you always, and whomsoever
ye will ye may do them good,
but me ye have not always
FOR YOU HAVE THE POOR
WITH YOU ALWAYS DO
THEM GOOD
And whenever ye will ye
may do them good, by
feeding the world always
abounds with poor, therefore
you always have it in your
power to help them ,poor
when they are hungry, they
need shelter
EXODUS 22:25
25) If thou lend money to
any of my people that is poor
by thee thou shalt not be to
him as a usurer neither shalt
thou lay upon him usury
THE POOR AS GOD PEOPLE
LEND AND CHARGE NO
INTEREST
If you lend money to one of
my people that is the poor/
needy, do not be like a
moneylender, charge him no
interest.
LEVITICUS 19:10
And thou shalt not glean thy
vineyard, neither shalt thou
gather every grape of thy
vineyard: thou shalt leave
them for the poor and
stranger: I am the LORD your
GOD
LEAVE THE FALLEN GRAPES
OF YOUR FARM TO THE
POOR
Do not go over your vineyard
a second time gather
scattered grapes, that is the
single grape that has fallen
on the ground during the
process of cutting the
braches or pick up the
grapes that have fallen.
*Leave them for the poor
and the stranger I the LORD 3
that gave them field and
vineyard, and time of harvest
and blessed them with the
harvest of fruitful season,
and have right to require
such thing for them, and you
are duty bound to observe
and obey his commandment
and show regard with
concern of the Poor that he is
the FATHER and Patron of
them
LEVITICUS 25:35
35)And if thy brother be
waxen poor, and fallen in
decay with thee; then thou
shalt relieve him yea, though
he be a stranger, or a
sojourner; that he may live
with thee
AND IF THY BROTHER BE
WAXEN POOR AND FALLEN
DECAY:
If your brother become poor
and falls into decay if he
cannot support himself of
worldly substance or his
hand wavers or fails so that
he cannot support himself
and his family, has not
sufficiency, or it is not in the
power of his hands but to
unavoidable want and
necessity
Then thou shalt assist and
relieve him, not merely by
sympathizing with him , but
by communicating to him,
and distributing to his
necessities, holding him up
that he may not fall and have
supply for his present want
him, strengthen his hand and
comfort his heart

thou shalt bring forth all the
tithe of thine increase the

works of thine hand which
thou doest
THE POOR TITHE

distributed at home, and its
made for the relief of the
poor, stranger, fatherless and
widow that is within your
town, shall come; and eat
and be satisfied.
That the LORD thy GOD may
bless thee in all the work of
thine hand which thou doest
The tithe is conditioned
with blessing by given to the
Poor, Stranger, Fatherless
and widow, it attracts the
blessing of GOD by given to
the poor and needy that is
when GOD blesses the work
of our hand and what so ever
that we do
DEUTERONOMY 15:11
11)For the poor shall never
cease out of the land;
therefore I command thee,
saying, thou Shalt open thine
hand wide unto thy brother,
to thy poor, and to thy
needy, in the land
THOU SHALT OPEN THINE
HAND WIDE UNTO THY TO
THE POOR/NEEDY
They were to open their
hand wide to their poorer
brethren, for there should
always be such in the land,
there will be always
Obedience to God’s law was
expected to grow out of a
sincere desire to help those
in need
GOD cares about our attitude
and desire to help the poor,
and are expected to use our
material possession to help
the poor
DEUTERONOMY 26:12-13
12)When thou hast made an
end of tithing all the third
year, which is the year of
tithing, and hast given it unto
the Levite, the stranger, the
fatherless, and the widow,
that they may eat within thy
gates, and be filled
13)Then thou shalt say
before the LORD thy GOD, I
have brought away the
hallowed things out of mine
house, and also have given
them unto the Levite ,and
unto the strangers, to the
fatherless, and to the widow,
according to all thy
commandments, neither
have I forgotten them

WIDOW TO BE FILL AND BE
SATISFIED

poor, commanded to be paid
every third year, was to be
spent at home for the poor
neighbors who
lived near the place of the
owner town or cities
That they eat within thy
gates, and be filled
THE CONFESSION TO BE
MADE TO THE LORD BY
GIVING THE TITHE TO THE
POOR ACCORDING TO GOD’S
COMMANDMENTS.
The proposed confession is
condition to giving all the
tithe to the poor, that every
thing has been given to the
poor as commanded
(HALLOWED THING)
The tithe which has been
sanctified and set apart and
applied for the purpose for
which they where designed
and devoted, and particularly
was to be given to the poor,
and also have given them
unto the Levite, fatherless,
widow, stranger according to
all GOD’S commandments
which he had commanded
I have not transgressed thy
commandment, neither have
I forgotten them: neither
broken them willfully, nor
omitted them through
carelessness, negligence, and
forgetfulness, but was
mindful to observe them
punctually and exactly

21) JESUS said unto him, if
thou wilt be perfect go and
sell that thou hast, and give

and come and follow me
SELF DENIAL
GOD had given to him that
he might have to give to
others but, he was failing to
love and help his neighbor,
which is the commandment, 6
love your neighbor as your
self
If you want to be perfect,
that is obey the
commandment and receive
heaven by selling all and
giving to the Poor
*The rich ruler rejected
heaven because he loved the
things of the world, he is rich
and not willing to help those,
poor, diseased , suffering,
orphans, widows, fatherless
hungry, empty, lonely and
lost
*He loved the things of the
world more than he loved
the hope of eternal life, he
loved position and
recognition and power on
earth
MARK 10:28
PETER said to JESUS, we
have left every thing to
follow you
Then he said to them all: if
anyone would come after
me, he must deny himself
and take up his cross daily
and follow me

THE FINAL JUDGMENT
The judgment with the
nation’s works with the
judgment of individual
(sheep and goats)
The judgment of the whole
world
JESUS was judging two types
of beings’ sheep and goats
The sheep is GOD centered
nature, selfless and heart of
love to humanity
The goat is worldly and self
centered, which represent all
unbeliever who don’t believe
in JESUS CHRIST they are the
“wicked” and lazy servants
MT:25:26
The worthless servants

RO.: 2:8
*JESUS CHRIST so identified
himself with men in their
pain and suffering, that he
counts men as one with
himself, that if you Minister
to any of the Poor identified
you have done it to him
*The believer is to affect, the
world ravaged with hunger,
disease and Homelessness
THE GOAT
The goat are unbelievers
who failed to help the
hungry, the thirsty, the
stranger, the naked, the sick,
and the prisoner.
*They are people who do
not become involved
meeting the desperate need
of the ravaging world , they
live life of comfort,
materialism, money, pleasure
and live selfishly
JESUS said goat(
unbeliever) depart from me,
you workers of iniquity, to a
place of weeping and
gnashing of teeth and to
outer darkness to fellowship
with the devil
LUKE 14:12-14
12)Then said he also to him
that bade him, when thou
makest a dinner or a supper,
call not thy friends, nor thy
brethren, neither thy
kinsmen, nor thy rich
neighbors; lest they also bid
thee again and a recompense
be made thee
13)But when thou makest
feast, call the poor, the
maimed , the lame, the blind
14)And thou shalt be
recompensed thee; for they
cannot recompensed thee for
thou shalt be recompensed
at the resurrection of the just
SERVICING THE POOR
GOD centered given- is
giving of himself and his
goods to those who needs
his gifts and services, that is
the Poor who can not pay
back, who really needed help
*The believer should not
center their life to those who
can repay them, but those
who needs help, who are
ravaging with extreme
poverty and desperate
needs, therefore a man
should live being kind and
giving generously and never
to expect nothing.
*But to help and encourage
and to build others up
*As Children of the most
high he will be raised from
the dead to live eternally
with all the others just
persons and of course, with
GOD himself who is the very
embodiment of
righteousness
LUKE 19:8
8)And Zacchaeus stood, and
said unto the LORD; behold,
LORD, the half of my goods I
give to the POOR, and if I
have taken any thing from
any man by false accusation I
restore him fourfold
ZACCHAEUS gave half of
the possession to the Poor
attracted the present of our
LORD JESUS CHRIST
He gave half of his
possession to the poor.

1 SAM 12:8
33)I have coveted no man’s
silver, or gold, or apparel.
34)Yea, ye yourselves know,
that these hands have
ministered unto my
necessities, and to them that
were with me
35) I have showed you all
things, how that so laboring
ye ought to support the
weak, and to remember the
words of the LORD JESUS,
how he, it is more blessed to
give than to receive
I HAVE COVETED NO MAN’S
SILVER, OR GOLD, OR
APPAREL
PAUL Said, I have not desire,
I have not made it an object
of my living among you to
obtain your property, I seek
not yours
And not to be a burden to
others but to be committed
to sharing the gospel and
give through the financial
support to others
THE SUPPORT OF THE POOR
*Every Believer should labor
so to help the weak(poor) he
must set good example for all
others in giving to meet the
needs of the desperate poor
and ravaged
EPHESIANS 4:28
28) Let him that stole steal
no more; but rather let him
labor, working with his hands
the thing which is good, that
he may have to give to him
that needeth
THE BELIEVER SHOULD
WORK TO HELP THE POOR
The believer is to strip away
the garment of stealing
cheat, hoarding or taking
things from person
wrongfully taking some thing
that is not
But to diligently and
industriously, work with his
hand lawful way an honest
that he may have not
whereupon to live but to
help that in need(POOR)
