ROMANS 8:14

14)For as many as are
led by the Spirit of GOD,
they are the sons of GOD
AS MANY AS ARE LED
BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD
For as many as are led,not by the Spirit of the
world or the devil or by
their own Spirit, the Spirit
of GOD leads them from
sin, and from dependance
on their own
righteousness, they
submit to His influence
and control, guided and
governed, by the spirit of
GOD, as a Spirit of truth
and grace, they are the
sons of GOD, they stand
related to GOD, they are
unspeakably near and
dear to GOD, being
Spiritually begotten to
Him, and partaking of His
nature.
The Spirit leads the
believer, identifying him
as a son of GOD, the
Holy Spirit led the believer
and become involves in
his life: the Spirit leads
the believer and carries
him through the trials of
this life, he bears the
believer up, carrying him
over the corruption of this
world, the Spirit leads and
guides the believer along
the way of righteousness
3and truth, he guide the
believer by moving ahead
of him, he make sure the
believer knows where to
walk, the Spirit becomes
involve by directing the
believer how to live
righteously and
conforming him to the
image of CHRIST, he
actually brings the
believer to the destined
end, that is to live in
heaven, to live eternally in
the presence of GOD
Himself.
The person will be living
for GOD and talking about
things of GOD, the person
who is truly led by the
Spirit is more concerned
about the things of GOD,
for he is the son of GOD,
he rejoices in his
FATHER and seeks to
please His FATHER in all
that he does, the
influence of the Spirit if
followed, would lead
every man to heaven, but
when neglected, rejected,
or despised, man goes
down to HELL
JOHN 1:12
12) But as many as
received him, to them
gave the power to
become the sons of GOD,
even to them that believe
on His name
13) Which were born, not
of blood, nor of the will of
the flesh nor of the will of
man, but of GOD
AS MANY AS
RECEIVED HIM
But to many as did
receive and welcome
Him, He gave the right,
the authority, the privilege
to become children of
GOD, that is, to those
who believe in adhere to,
trust in, and rely on His
name, to become a Child
of GOD, one must receive
JESUS CHRIST, there
must be a continuous
action of believing ,
people have the right to
become the adopted
children of GOD only if
they are believing in the
name of CHRIST, when
they receive Him, they are
born again and become
GOD’S children, the
result of receiving Him ,
is that the person is given
the power, the right, to
become a child of GOD,
WHICH WERE BORN
The new “birth” or to the
great change in the
sinner’s mind called
regeneration orconversion, which means
that they did not become
the children of GOD by
virtue of their natural birth
or because they are
children of Abraham or
by the will of man, not all
persons are sons of GOD,
all who welcome JESUS
CHRIST as LORD of their
lives are reborn
Spiritually, receiving new
life from GOD, through
faith in JESUS CHRIST,
this new birth changes us
from the inside out,
rearranging our attitudes,
desires, and motives,
being born of GOD makes
you Spiritually alive and
puts you in GOD family,
only through Divine
renewal can people follow
the light and enter GOD’S
family, membership in
GOD’S family is by grace
alone, is the gift of GOD,
by CHRIST being formed
in men, and by a
partaking of the Divine
nature; and by being
made new creatures, as
to all that believes, it is

never a human
achievement , the new
birth is not of man, it is
not of natural descent, the
idea is that is not of
heritage, being born by
particular family, race,
nation or people, natural
descent is not what
causes the new birth, it is
not human decision nor
sexual desire or
husband’s will, no body
can cause on to be Child
of GOD, the new birth is
of GOD

8)The wind bloweth
where it listeth, and thou
hearest the sound there
of, but canst not tell
whence it cometh, and
whither it goeth; so is
every one that is born of
the Spirit
THE WIND BLOWS
WHERE IT WISHES
The wind blows where it
wishes and you hear its ,
sound, but you do not
know where it is coming
from and where it is
going; so it is with every
one who is born of the
Spirit, JESUS used the
wind as an image for the
Spirit, sent from heaven
and cannot be controlled
or contained, the Spirit of
GOD is a free agent in
regeneration; He works
how, and where, andwhen he pleases: He acts
freely in the first operation
of His grace on the heart,
and in all after influences
of it so in the new birth
the Spirit moves and
works unseen, it is
suitable as an illustration
of the work of the holy
Spirit, as the wind
seemingly blows where it
will, so the Holy Spirit
independently works, He
works in ways we cannot
predict or understand, it is
a gift from GOD.
JESUS illustrated the
point by picturing the
wind, that the Spirit of
GOD works just like the
wind, we may not know
how the wind works, but
we can see the effects, it
is the same with the spirit
of GOD; we may not
know how He works, but
we can see the effect of
His working.
The individual Spiritual
life depends upon
individual Spiritual birth,
the baptism of the Spirit is
needed for all, so is the

one that happen to every
one who is born of the
Spirit, he is regenerated
by grace, that is ,as free
and independent, as
powerful and irresistible ,
and as secret and
unnoticeable, as the wind
is, the great change
made in the heart of a
sinner, by the power of
the Holy Spirit, which
means that something is
done in us for us, we
cannot do it ourselves
JOHN 4:14
14)But whosoever
drinketh of the water that I
shall give him shall never
thirst; but the water that I
shall give him shall be in
him a well of water
springing up into
everlasting life
WHOSOEVER DRINK
OF THE WATER THAT I
SHALL GIVE HIM
JESUS here refers, to His
own teachings, His grace,
His spirit and to the
benefits which comes into
the soul that embraces
His Gospel, the water
given by JESUS means
spiritual life, to partake in
the living water, one must
drink, the act of drinking is
a continuous one,
progressive and repeated
drinking, drinking thewater of life requires
regular communication
with the source of the
living water JESUS
CHRIST Himself, no one
can continue to to drink
the water of life if the
person become
disconnected from the
source
SHALL NEVER THIRST
He shall not thirst after
sinful lust and pleasure
and his former cruel way
of living, he shall be
satisfied with this, and will
not have a sense of want,
will not wish to seek for
happiness from the world,
he will be satisfied with
grace of CHRIST, he will
not desire the pleasure
and amassment of the
world, he will ever be
satisfied with pure and
rich joy
SHALL BE IN HIM
This living water is a
spring of water placed in
the man, the well is not
placed outside the man,
not placed anywhere out
in the world, not in his
1011
home, nor in his business,
it is placed in him, the
grace of CHRIST shall be
in his heart and abide in
him,
A WELL OF WATER
There shall be a constant
supply, an unfailing
fountain shall live
constantly, flowing on and
on, it is even in motion
SPRINGING UP INTO
LIVE EVERLASTING
The living water springs
up into life eternal, it will
never end, It is a seed
which remains, a never
dying principle; which is
inseparably connected
with eternal life
JOHN 7:37-39
37) In the last day, that
great day of the feast,
JESUS stood and cried,
saying, if any man thirst,
let him come unto me,
and drink
38)He that believeth on
me, as the Scripture hath
said, out of his belly shall
flow rivers of living water
39)But this spake he of
the spirit, which they that
believe on Him should
receive; for the Holy
Ghost was not yet given;
because that JESUS was
not yet glorified
IN THE LAST DAY
Now on the last and most
important day of the
feast, because it was a
day of great assembly
and offering sacrifice for
Israel LEVITICUS 23:34-
36
JESUS stood and called
out in aloud voice, if
anyone is thirsty, let him
come to Me, this means
the complete surrender of
life to do the whole will of
GOD, this means the
wholehearted reception
into one’s life of the gift,
the fruits, and operation of
the Holy Spirit, this means
the ardent, eager,
famishing, keen and all-
consuming craving and
passion of the soul for
complete union with GOD
and the fullness of the
spirit, this means
believing and obedience
to the latter the whole
Gospel,
If any man stand in need
of Spiritual good
righteousness, strength,
comfort, is to be found in
Me; let him come to Me,
by faith acknowledging,
receiving, and embracing
me, as Mediator and
Savior of the world, and
he shall have from me
whatsoever Spiritual
influence of grace
HE THAT BELIEVES ON
ME AS THE SCRIPTURE
HAD SAIDHe who believes in Me
who adheres to, trust in,
and relies on Me, as the
Scripture has said, from
his innermost being will
flow continually rivers of
living water, JESUS used
the term living water to
indicate the Holy Spirit
and eternal life, if the Holy
Spirit is accepted, He
brings eternal life, if any
man thirst let him come
unto Me and drink, the
fuller truth that everyone
in living communication of
Divine grace , signifies
the plenty of Spiritual
influences with which
believers shall be
supplied whether joy,
knowledge, spiritual gift ,
the grace of the Spirit of
GOD is signified by water
because it is of cleansing
and purifying nature, as
faith and hope are, having
to do with the blood of
CHRIST, which cleanses
from all sin, becomes
himself the center of
Spiritual influence, He
shall receive Spiritual

blessings of Divine
grace, in so great an
abundance, because of
its regeneration,
justification and pardon; it
is grace for grace ,
abundance of grace
believers receive from
JESUS CHRIST and
from Him, whom those
large measures of grace
are, they flow out from
within, out of his heart,
out of that he shall be not
only be refreshed and
comforted himself, but
shall be instrumental in
refreshing and comforting
other,
SPAKE HE OF THE
SPIRIT WHICH THEY
THAT BELIEVE IN HIM
SHALL RECEIVE
But he was speaking of
the Holy Spirit, whom
those who believed in
Him as savior were to
receive after ward, the
Spirit had not yet been
given, because JESUS
was not yet glorified,
CHRIST had not yet
ascended to heaven, to
1415
the glory and honor that
awaited him there, which
is part of the arrangement
in the work of redemption
that the influences of the
Holy Spirit should
descend chiefly after the
death of JESUS CHRIST,
which they that believe on
him should receive; that
believed in CHRIST, and
had received the Spirit, as
a Spirit of regeneration
and sanctification; as a
Spirit of illumination and
conversion; as a Spirit of
faith and adoption; but on
the day of Pentecost they
were to receive
extraordinary measure of
his gifs and grace, to
qualify them for greater
work and service

17)Even the Spirit of
truth; whom the world
cannot receive, because it
seeth him not, neither
knoweth Him; for he
dwelleth with you, and
shall be in you
18) I will not leave you
EVEN THE SPIRIT OF
TRUTH
The Holy Spirit is called
the Spirit of truth because
He is the Spirit of JESUS
who is the truth, the very
truth that JESUS CHRIST
is, He is the embodiment
and communicator of
truth, as such he testifies
to the truth, he informed
concerning the truth, of
the Gospel, confirms
them, exposes the untruth
and guides the believer
into all truth, He is called
the Spirit of Truth,
because He brings truth
home to the heart of the
believers
THE WORLD CANNOT
RECEIVE HIM
Because the world of
unbelievers does not see
or know the Holy Spirit,
the world lives for what
only it can see and know
only for the physical and
Material, the men of the
world, who are they of the
world are carnal and
natural men, cannot
neither receive the Spirit
or things of the Spirit nor
things of the Spirit, the
truth and the doctrine of
the Gospel, they cannot
receive them into their
understanding, nor in their
affection and cannot
receive as they are underthe influence of the
senses, they walk by
sight, and not by faith,
what does not gratify their
sight, or taste, or feelings,
make no impression on
them, as they cannot see
the operation of the Spirit,
the world unsafe cannot
receive the Holy spirit,
therefore all men do not
have the Holy Spirit,
because they refuse to
see or understand Him,
he comes only to those
who worship the LORD in
spirit and in truth , they
did not see the spiritual
world or know it, they are
unaware of the spiritual
world, they do not know
and love JESUS;
therefore they do not
know the Spirit of
CHRIST
FOR HE DWELLS IN
YOU
The believer knows the
Holy Spirit, both by
experience and by His
presence, the Holy Spirit
dwells in the believer’s
heart, he is an inhabitant

in their lives as He take
up residence in them, as
His temples, and shall be
in you; as a comforter,
who guide you into all
truth, to stands by you,
and assist you in
preaching it, giving
assurance,, caring,
guiding and looking after,
the promise of the
indwelling of the Holy
Spirit, he lives with us and
in us, was fulfilled after
CHRIST’S resurrection
when He breathed on
them and said receive the
Holy Ghost
JOHN 20:22 ,the Holy
Spirit now lives with the
believers, which was
promises by JESUS
CHRIST that
I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU
COMFORTLESS
JESUS said I will come to
you by my presence, He
meant that He would
return after He had gone
away, He would come
back to give believers His
presence, He would not
leave them as orphans, to
18be helpless, JESUS
would not leave them to
struggle through the trials
of life alone, JESUS
presence with His
followers began with His
resurrection and with the
coming of the Holy Spirit,
JESUS was saying that
He would come to
believer in the person of
the Holy Spirit.
The world lost the
opportunity to see
JESUS, he said He will
only present for a short
time longer, then the
world would not see Him
anymore , the next time
the world would see Him,
will be for judgment, the
presence of JESUS is a
living, eternal presence,
He died, but he did not
stay dead, He arose and
conquered death, He
arose to live forever,
CHRIST the eternal
presence lives within the
believer, therefore the
believer becomes then
eternal, he never dies,
believer is made eternal
by the eternal presence of
CHRIST within him

bring all things to your
remembrance,
whatsoever I have said
unto you
BUT THE COMFORTER
WHICH IS THE HOLY
GHOST
The counselor is
identified as the Holy
Spirit, the Helper the
comforter, advocate,
intercessor, counselor;
strengthener, standby, the
Holy Spirit,
WHOM THE FATHER
WILL SEND IN MY
NAME
whom the FATHER will
send in my name, in my
place, to represent Me
and act on My behalf, He
will teach you all things,
and He will help you

I have told you, but the
FATHER will send them
another teacher who will
make clear to the lesson
they have already heard,
and teach them things
and bring them into your
remembrance
HE SHALL TEACH YOU
ALL THINGS
The words are herewithout expression
limitation, but all things’
here is all truth, shall
guide you into all truth,
the Divine truth in his
fulness,, and particularly
those things which were
not prepared then to hear
or could not understand,
this is the proper work
and business of the Spirit,
to teach, interpret, and
explain all things which
CHRIST had said to
them; to make them more
plain and easy to their
understanding, to teach
all things; both the words
and life of CHRIST, both
truth and life, both the
word and how to live the
word, both theory and
practice, both principles
and conduct, both
morality and behavior
BRING ALL THINGS TO
YOUR REMEMBRANCE
I have said to you; which
through inattentiveness or
want of understanding in
them, had slipped their
minds, and were forgotten
by them, the Holy Spirit

will teach everything,
recalling JESUS’S word
and clarifying their
meaning, JESUS promise
the disciple and believer
that the Holy Spirit would
help them remember what
he had been teaching
them
The Holy spirit is the
teacher, He teaches all
things , which CHRIST
taught, the Holy Spirit,
who is given to help the
believer through the trail
of life, and the indwelling
presence and love of the
FATHER and SON,to
help especially in the
moments of trails when
the truth is needed

proceedeth from the
FATHER, he shall testify
of me
27)And ye also shall bear
witness, because ye have
been with me from begining
BUT EVEN THE
COMFORTER IS COME
JESUS uses two names
for the Holy Spirit
comforter and the Spirit of
truth, the comforter
conveys the helping,
encouraging and
strengthen, work of the
Spirit, the Spirit point to
the teaching, illuminating,
and remarking work of the
Spirit,but when the
Helper, Comforter,
Advocate, Intercessor,
Counselor, Strengthener
comes,
WHOM I WILL SEND
UNTO YOU FROM THE
FATHER
Which proceeded from
the FATHER, being
poured out upon the
disciples and believers in
the days of Pentecost, in
cloven tongues as of fire
and invisibly into their
hearts, by the influence of
light and grace, which is
so expressive of the equal
deity of CHRIST, and His
joint power and authority
with the FATHER
whom I will send to you
from the FATHER, that is
the Spirit of truth who
come from the FATHER,
He will testify and bear
witness about Me
EVEN THE SPIRIT OF
TRUTH HE SHALL
TESTIFY OF ME
To testify of His deity and
SONSHIP, of His24
incarnation, of being the
Messiah, of His suffering
and death, of His
resurrection and
ascension, of His
exaltation at the right
hand of GOD and His
ordination to be the judge
of the quick and dead; by
the gift bestowed upon
the disciples and believer,
and the great grace , that
was upon them all; by
signs and wonders, and
divers miracles, by which
the Gospel of CHRIST
was confirmed
