  THE ACT OF FAITH

MARK 10: 46-52
BLIND BARTIMAEUS FAITH
46: And they came to
Jericho; and as he went out
of Jericho with his disciples
and a great number of
people, blind Bartimaeus, the
son of Timeus sat by the way
side begging
47: And when he heard that
it was JESUS of Nazareth, he
began to cry out, and say,
HEALED BY HIS FAITH

JESUS, thou son of David,
have mercy on me.
48: And many charged him
that he should hold his peace
; but he cried the more a
great deal, thou son of David,
have mercy on me
49: And JESUS stood still,
and commanded him to be
called, And they call the blind
man, saying unto him, be of
good comfort rise; he calleth
thee
50: And he, casting away his
garment, rose, and came to
JESUS
51: And JESUS answered and
said unto him, what wilt thou
that I should do unto thee?
The blind man said unto him,
LORD that I might receive my
sight
52: And JESUS said unto him,
go thy way; thy faith hath
made thee whole, and
immediately he receive his
sight, and followed JESUS in
the way

MARK 11:20-24
HAVING FAITH IN GOD
20: And in the morning, as
they passed by, they saw the
fig tree dried up from the
root
21: And Peter calling to
remembrance saith unto
him, Master behold, the fig
three which thou cursedst is
withered away
22: And JESUS answering
saith unto them, have faith
in GOD
23: For verily I say unto you
that whosoever shall say
unto this mountain, be thou
TRUSTING IN GOD TO
ACCOMPLISH TASK

removed, and be thou cast
into the sea; and shall not
doubt in his heart, but shall
believe that those things
which he said shall come to
pass; he shall have
whatsoever he saith
24: therefore I say unto you
what things soever ye desire
when ye pray believe that ye
receive them, and ye shall
have them

LUKE 7: 44-50
YOUR FAITH HATH SAVE
THEE
44: And he turned to the
woman, and said unto Simon,
seest thou this woman? I
entered into thine house,
thou gavest me no water for
my feet: but she hath washed
my feet with tears, and
wiped them with hairs of her
head
45: Thou gavest me no kiss:
but this woman since the
time I came in hath not
ceased to kiss my feet
46: My head with oil thou
didst not anoint: but this
woman hath anoint my feet
with ointment
47: wherefore I say unto
thee her sins, which are
many, are forgiven: for she
love much; but to whom little
is given, the same loveth
little.
48: And he said unto her, thy
sins are forgiven
49: And they that sat at
meat with him began to say
within themselves, who is
this that forgiveth sins also
50: And he said to the
woman thy faith hath save
thee: go in peace
TRUSTING IN GOD TO DO
GOD’S WILL FOR SALVATION
LUKE 17 :5-6
LORD INCREASE OUR FAITH
5: And the apostles said
unto the LORD, Increase our
faith
6: And the LORD said, if ye
had faith as a grain of
mustard seed, ye might say
unto this sycamine tree, be
thou plucked up by the root,
and be thou planted in the
sea; and it shall obey you.
IF YOU HAVE FAITH AS
SMALL AS MUSTARD SEED
YOU CAN SPEAK TO THE
MOUNTAIN
LUKE 17:11-19
THE TEN LEPER HEALED
11: And it came to pass, as
he went to Jerusalem, that
he passed through the midst
of Samaria and Galilee
12: And as he entered into a
certain village, there met him
ten men that were lepers,
which stood afar off
13; And they lifted up their
voices, and said, JESUS,
Master have mercy on us.
14: And when he saw them,
he said unto them, Go show
yourselves unto the priests.
And it came to pass, that, as
they went, they were
cleansed
15: And one of them, when
he saw that he was healed,
turned back, and with o loud
voice glorified GOD
16: And fell down on his face
at his feet, giving him thanks;
and he was a Samaritan
17: And JESUS answered
said, were there not ten
cleansed ? but where are the
nine?
THE FAITH OF HEALING AND
THANKS GIVEN TO BE HOLD

18: There are are not found
that returned to give glory to
GOD, save the stranger
19: And he said unto him,
arise go thy way; thy faith
hath made thee whole

LUKE 18:1-8
THE WIDOW WITH FAITH
1: And he spake a parable
unto them to this end, that
men ought always to pray,
and not to faint
2: Saying, there was in a city
a judge, which feared not
GOD, neither regarded men
3: And there was a widow in
that city; and she came unto
him, saying, Avenge me of
mine adversary
4: And he would not for a
while: but afterward he said
within himself, though I fear
not GOD, nor regard
man
5: Yet because this widow
troubleth me, I will avenge
her lest by her continual
coming she weary me
6: And the LORD said, hear
what the unjust judge saith
7: And shall not GOD avenge
his own elect, which cry day
and night unto him, though
he bear long with them?
8: I tell you that he will
avenge them speedily.
Nevertheless, when the son
of man cometh, shall he find
faith on the earth?
CONTINUE IN TRUSTING
GOD
LUKE 18: 36-43
36: And hearing the
multitude pass by, he asked
what it meant
37: And they told him, that
JESUS of Nazareth passeth by

38: And he cried, saying,
JESUS thou son of David,
have mercy on me
39 And they which went
before rebuke him, that he
should hold his peace; but he
cried so much the more, thou
son of David, have mercy on
me
40: And JESUS stood, and
commanded him to be
brought unto him; and when
he was come near, he asked
him
41: Saying, what wilt thou
that I shall do unto thee? And
he said LORD, that I may
receive my sight
42: And JESUS said unto him,
receive thy sight: thy faith
hath saved thee.
43: And immediately he
receive his sight, and
followed him, glorifying GOD:
and all the people, when they
saw it, gave praise to GOD

LUKE 22:31-32
YOUR FAITH FAILED NOT
31: And the LORD said,
Simon, behold, Satan hath
desired to have you, that he
may sift you as a wheat
32 But I have prayed for
thee, that thy faith fail not:
and when thou art converted
strengthen thy brethren
OUR FAITH FAILED NOT
THROUGH BELIEVING IN
GOD
ROMANS 1:17
FOR THE THEREIN IS THE
RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD
REVEAL FROM FAITH TO
FAITH
17: For therein is the
righteousness of GOD
revealed from faith to faith;
THE RIGHTEOUS SHOULD
CONTINUE TO LIVE BY FAITH

as it is written, the just shall
live by faith.

HEBREWS 10:23
LET US HOLD FAST THE
PROFESSION OF OUR FAITH
23: Let us hold fast the
profession for he is faithful
that of our faith without
wavering for he is faithful
that promised
LET US DRAW WITH A FULL
HEART ASSURANCE OF
FAITH
HEBREWS 10:38
NOW THE JUST SHALL LIVE
BY FAITH
38: Now the just shall live by
faith;but if any man draw
back, my soul, shall have no
pleasure in him
THE RIGHTEOUS ONE WILL
LIVE BY FAITH
HEBREWS 11:1-2
FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF
THINGS HOPED FOR THE
EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT
SEEN
1: Now faith is the substance
of things hope for, the
evidence of things not seen
2: For by it the elders
obtained a good report
3: through faith we
understand that the worlds
were framed by the word of
GOD, so that things which
are seen were not made of
things which do appear
DEMONSTRATING TRUST IN
GOD IN ALL THINGS
HEBREWS 11:6
WITHOUT FAITH IT IS
IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD
6: But without faith it is
impossible to please him; for
he that cometh to GOD must
believe that he is, and that he
is a rewarded of them that
diligently seek him
FAITH PROVIDE SUBSTANCE
JAMES 2:14-18
WHAT DOTH IT PROFIT, MY
BRETHREN, THOUGH A MAN
FAITH NOT ACCOMPLISH BY
ACTION IS DEAD

SAY HE HATH FAITH, AND
HAVE NO WORKS
14: what doth it profits, my
brethren, though a man say
he hath faith, and have not
works can faith save him?
15: if a brother or sister be
naked, and destitute of daily
food
16: And one of you say unto
them, depart in peace, be ye
warned and filled:
notwithstanding ye give
them not those things which
are needful to the body,
what doth it profits?
17: Even so faith, if it hath
not works is dead, being
alone
18: yea, a man may say,thou
hast faith, and I have works
show me thy faith without
thy works, and I will show
thee my faith by my works,
19: thou believest that there
is one GOD; thou doest well
the devils also believe, and
trembles
20: but wilt thou know, O
vain man, that faith without
work is dead?
