THE SUBSTANCE OF FIRST
FRUITS
The First Fruits offering
speak of JESUS CHRIST
ascension and presentation
of himself in heaven, in his
resurrected, glorified body
THE WAVING OF SHEAF IN
THE HEAVENLY SANCTUARY
The SHEAF had been reaped
from the earth and waved
before GOD in the heavenly
sanctuary when he rose
from the grave and ascended
to the FATHER on the
resurrection in the morning.
*The First Fruit of a coming
harvest through JESUS
resurrection from the dead,
which represent the sheaf
offering and the presentation
to GOD he came and
imparted to them the
outpouring of the Holy Spirit
THE CHOOSEN GRAIN
Those who remain faithful to
the calling are the “Chosen
from truth, are those who
were initially “selected”
grains who will constitute the
Wave Sheaf of First fruits,

9)And the LORD spake unto
Moses, saying,
10) Speak unto the children
of Israel, and say unto them,
when ye be come into the
Land which I give unto you,
and shall reap the harvest
hereof, then ye shall bring a
sheaf of the first fruits of your
harvest onto the priest
11)And he shall wave the
sheaf before the LORD, to be
accepted for you; on the
morrow after the Sabbath
the priest shall wave it
12) And ye shall offer that
day when ye wave the sheaf
a he lamb without blemish of
the first year for a burnt
offering unto the LORD
13)And the meat offering
thereof shall be two tenth
deals of fine flour mingled
with oil, an offering made by
fire unto the LORD for a
sweet savor; and the drink
offering thereof shall be of
wine the fourth part of a hin
14) And ye shall eat neither
bread, nor parched corn, nor
green ears, until the selfsame
day that ye have brought an
offering unto your GOD: it
shall be a statute for ever

SHEAF OF THE FIRST FRUITS
OF YOUR HARVEST
The offering of the First
Fruits of the harvest, to bring
in the sheaf of the first fruits
of your harvest to the priest
*He shall wave the sheaf
before the LORD to be
accepted, the priest shall

THE BELIEVER THE FIRST

The believer in this life; fruit

Holy Spirit that delivers and
saved man and give life: love,

*When a believer is truly
saved, he possesses the Holy
Spirit and bears the fruit of
the Spirit, he begins to live
abundantly and focus on
eternity and experience the
fullness of GOD

THE FIRST FRUITS
SANCTIFIED THE WHOLE
CROP
The First-Fruits sanctified
the whole crop. It might then
be gathered in, JESUS CHRIST
the first Fruits being raised,
such is the power of his
resurrection that the believer
through him have right to be
blessed and live for eternity

“FIRST FRUITS” means,
harvest of a farmer’s first
crop:
in the old testament they had
the festival of first fruit when
would bring the first sheaf of
grain to the LORD
*The Jewish farmer is to
take part of his very first fruit
and give it as an offering to
GOD
The word “ the first in order
of time, the First fruit to be
reaped
*The offering of the First
Fruit to GOD assured of
God’s Blessing upon the
harvest, the dedication of the
First Fruit guaranteed and
assured the blessing of GOD
upon all the fruit that
followed
JESUS CHRIST AS THE FIRST
FRUITS
The resurrection of JESUS
CHRIST is the first fruit of the
harvest, the first resurrection
of a man who will never die
again
He has risen: therefore, we
shall arise. He is the first
fruit- guarantee, the seal, the
assurance of our resurrection

According to the levitical
ceremonial, the first sheaf of
the new crop, accompanied

brethren; he is become the
first born he by overflowing
power of his life, raises from
the dead the whole harvest

the first fruits unto GOD,
which made the believer

A KIND OF FIRST FRUIT
*Taken from the Jewish law
that the first-born or men
and cattle, and the first fruits
and grain should be
consecrated to GOD
*The point of illustration is
the regenerated believers is
as the First Fruit of all
creatures
