JOHN 3:3-6
REGENERATION:
1)Regeneration- is a re
creating of spiritual life in the
human heart by GOD the
HOLY SPIRIT, through the
process eternal life from GOD
himself is imparted to the
believer’s Heart (RO 12:2)
2)Regeneration- Is necessary
because all people, prior to
turning to CHRIST, are in
their inherit natures sinners
who are spiritually dead, and
who are incapable of obeying
and pleasing GOD
3)Regeneration- comes to
those who repent of sin, turn
to GOD and put their faith in
the LORD JESUS CHRIST alone
for Salvation
4)Regeneration- Involves a
transition from an old life of
sin to anew life of loving
obedience to JESUS CHRIST
*Those who are truly born
again are set free from sin’s
bondage and receive a
spiritual desire and
disposition to love GOD and
follow the leading of the
Spirit, they live righteous live
love other believers and
avoid life of sin and do not
love the world

The new birth is a spiritual
birth, the birth of a new
power and spirit in life, which
is the actual creation of a
new birth within- spiritual
*A spiritual birth, a rebirth
of one’s spirit, a new life, a
renewed soul, a regenerated
spirit of life and heart
*The new birth is so radical a
change in a person’s life that
it can be describe only as
being born again,
*That is except he is
renewed by the HOLY GHOST
working as water, upon the
soul in cleansing and
purifying it from sinful
defilements
*The new birth is a necessity
A person will never see nor
enter the kingdom unless he
is born again
UNLESS A MAN IS BORN
AGAIN, HE CANNOT SEE THE
KINGDOM OF GOD
Cannot even have just views
of, much less can enjoy the
kingdom of GOD on earth
and heaven
The condition of admission
into the kingdom of GOD is a
new birth of the Spirit, man
must be born from above,
the entire change of heart
and life was a precondition
EXCEPT A MAN- This is a
universal form of expression
designed to include all
mankind of each and every
man, unless he is born again
he cannot see the kingdom of
GOD
It includes therefore, men of
every character and rank,
nation, moral, immoral, rich,
poor, old, young, slave, Jew
and Gentile, to experience in
his own soul that great
change called the ”new
birth” or regeneration

AS MANY AS RECEIVE HIM
The result of receiving JESUS
CHRIST, a person is given the
power, the right, to become
a child of GOD- Whether JEW
or GENTILE
*When a person receives
JESUS CHRIST into his life as
LORD ,JESUS CHRIST gives
that person the power and
right to become something
he is not- A CHILD OF GOD
*TO THEM GAVE HE POWER
TO BECOME THE SONS OF
GOD- which is different from
the children of men
*The source of becoming a
child of GOD is a new birth is
of GOD not of man, and to
many that receive him into
their heart
*He gave power, or a right,
or privilege to the Sons and
daughters of GOD by
adoption
(ROMANS 8:23)
*TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON
HIS NAME: This is the
privilege of all that believe in
the name of JESUS CHRIST, to
receive CHRIST and believe in
his name,
*WHICH WERE BORN NOT
OF BLOOD; not of the blood
of men and women; or not of
the blood but by partaking of
the divine nature, and being
made a new creature, all
believing in the name of
JESUS CHRIST, which are
evidence as their being the
SON of GOD.
*The birth, here is
Regeneration, expressed by
being born again or from
above; by being quicken
Spirit and Grace of GOD; by
JESUS CHRIST being formed
in man.
*NOR OF THE WILL OF THE
FLESH-Nor from the lust of
the flesh, man’s free will,
which is carnal and corrupt, is
enmity to GOD and impotent
to everything that is
spiritually good
(regenerated)
*NOR THE WILL OF MAN-Not
from the power of man’s will,
or the principle of life
BUT OF GOD- Of GOD, the
FATHER of JESUS CHRIST,
who begets to a lively hope;
and of son, who quickens
whom he will; and of the
grace of the Holy Spirit, to
whom regeneration is
generally ascribed

quickneth; the flesh
profitheth nothing; the
words that I speak unto you,
they are spirit, and they are
life

THE´ WORD THAT I SPEAK
UNTO THEY ARE SPIRIT AND
THEY ARE LIFE
The Spirit gives life and the
flesh count for nothing
THE ACTIVITY OF THE FLESH
The flesh cannot quicken
and make a man alive, the
flesh can neither profit nor
count for a man, man refuse
to look at the zero value of
the flesh.
*They try to use cosmetics,
clothing, and activities to
appear young, and physically
capable, but before long, the
flesh prove unprofitable, it
ages, deteriorate, and
surrender to the process of
decay.
*The seed of corruption
within wins, and man dies
and the flesh prove its zero
value, it profits nothing,, not
eternal, once a man dies , his
flesh gone forever, never to
return and no exception to
the realities.
People are offended for the
truth, they love the world
and flesh sinful nature, its
pleasure and feelings;
therefore they want the right
to feed it, they want more
and more
They want:
worldly ego, fleshy image,
human recognition, self-
centered fame , benevolent
honor, earthly wealth , and
stimulating pleasure
THE SPIRIT
Only the Spirit can quicken
(accelerate) a man and make
him alive, giving him
abundant and eternal life
how? by receiving the words
of JESUS CHRIST
*The words that JESUS
CHRIST spokes were spirit
and life
When a man receives the
words of JESUS CHRIST into
his heart and life, he begins
to live: he actually
experiences the SPIRIT of
GOD entering his life and
begin to experience real life
*JESUS CHRIST words
containing and revealing the
divine spirit of GOD, as a
Spirit of illumination in the
heart of men.

as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow
rivers of living water
39)But this spake he of the
Spirit, which they that
believe on him should
receive; for the Holy Ghost
was not yet given; because
that JESUS was not yet

HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME:
With a living faith, and with
his heart unto righteousness,
JESUS CHRIST- is the source
of life; he is the one who can
quench the real thirst of man
who can meet the desperate
need of man for prosperity,
the real life.
JESUS CHRIST is the
source of life, he cleans and
purify, he refreshes, he is the
source of abundant life,
OUT OF HIS BELLY- From
within him, from his mind
and heart, shall flow rivers of
living water- He shall receive
spiritual blessings and divine
grace, which signifies
spiritual gifts and grace to be
possessed by believers and
happy effect which they
should produce in the world
THIS SPAKE HE OF THE
SPIRIT OF THOSE WHO
BELIEVE IN HIM SHALL
RECEIVE
*Of the HOLY SPIRIT gifts
and graces; which they who
believe on him should
receive, the:
Resurrection and ascension
of JESUS CHRIST according
his promise
*Living water comes only
through believing in JESUS
CHRIST, he is the source of
the HOLY SPIRIT, river of
living water refers to the
HOLY SPIRIT, the presence of
the HOLY SPRIT, means the
experience of abundant and
eternal life
*It is only the person who
believes in JESUS CHRIST who
receives the HOLY SPIRIT,
believing in him is very
essential, as JESUS CHRIST is
the HOLY SPIRIT giver.
THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS NOT
BEING GIVEN:
It means, that the HOLY
GHOST was not fully present
until after the death and
glorification of JESUS CHRIST
as he was not present in full:
In all his fullness
It was not present in the life
of believers in equipping 8
believers with permanent
spiritual gifts
*The Holy GHOST entered
the world in all his fullness at
Pentecost- Acts-2:1-4
*The Holy Ghost entered the
live of believers at
conversion, and their bodies
becomes” the temple of the
HOLY SPIRIT- 1 COR. 6:19
*The Holy Ghost equips
believers with spiritual gifts
that are permanent 1 COR.

IF YOU LOVE ME KEEP MY
COMMANDMENT- The
connection here is the willing
obedience to the
commandments received
from JESUS CHRIST.
*Keeping JESUS CHRIST
commandment is clearly put
as practice of godliness,
faithful and diligent
observance by believers
*To love JESUS is a matter of
the heart and of the Spirit: a
matter of man’s most vital
part, man innermost being,
The heart is the seat of man’s
affection and will, the heart
causes a man to will to give
himself to either to good or
bad , that means the believer
must:
*Freely accept JESUS CHRIST
*Cherishe and attache
himself to JESUS
*Sacrificially gives all he is
and has to JESUS9
*Commits all he is and has to
JESUS and his cause
*Adopting his teaching and
morality as one’s standard in
life
COMFORTER- HOLY SPIRIT
The acceptance of the HOLY
SPIRIT is conditional, only to
those who love JESUS CHRIST
he give the Holy Spirit , and
that the Spirit is given
because JESUS prayed for the
believer.
*He is our Intercessor, the
one who pleads our case, our
Mediator- The one who
makes it possible for us to
accept for us to receive the
HOLY SPIRIT
THE HOLY SPIRIT AS THE
SPIRIT OF TRUTH
The HOLY SPIRIT is called the
Spirit of Truth, because part
of the special office is to
bring truth home to the
hearts of men, and guide to
all truth to teach and
communicate to others
*The very same truth JESUS
CHRIST is, he is the
embodiment, the
communicator and the
liberator of truth
WHOM THE WORLD
CANNOT RECEIVE: The HOLY
SPIRIT can be received only
by those who are
Regenerated and not for
unbelievers, who are under
the influence the world,
canal and natural man
cannot receive the things of
the Spirit
The Holy spirit lives in the
believer: communing,
fellowshipping, sharing, and
conforming to the image of
JESUS CHRIST,
*Giving us assurance,
looking after, caring, guiding
and teaching
*The Holy Sprit is the
personal presence of JESUS
CHRIST, JESUS CHRIST said, I
will come to you, he meant
that he would return after he
had gone away , that is died
and return back to give
believers his presence, he
will not leave them
comfortless that is helpless
in this difficult world.
