RECIPROCAL BEHAVIOR OF
A BELIEVER:
The reciprocal behavior of a
believer of receiving back
what he gave
Personal relationship is
involving in their specific
reciprocal behavior:
Judging,
Condemning and
Forgiving
If we Judge and condemn
and are unforgiving of
others, then both men and
GOD will treat us same, if we
do not judge and condemn
men, but rather forgive
them, then GOD and most
men will not Judge and
condemn us, they will also be
forgiving
Believers are warned no t to
be high-minded
condemnation of others, it is
only GOD’s Task alone to
render a Judgment that
Condemns.
LUKE 6:31
31)And as ye would that
men should do to you, do ye
also to them likewise
THE BEHAVIOR OF THE
RIGHTEOUS
The golden rule is probably
the summary of the ethics
of believer’s behavior, of
righteousness, of godliness, it
is a very practical statement
of GOD’S love.
That is, GOD has done to us
just as he wants us to do to
him, and to treat others and
every one else, which reveals
the heart of GOD, he show us
exactly how GOD’s heart
wants for us to live and act.
The golden rule is one
statement that embrace
human behavior.

14)For if ye forgive men
their trespasses, your

their trespasses, neither will
your FATHER forgive your
trespasses
THE BASIC PRINCIPLE OF
PRAYER IF FORGIVENESS
The believer must forgive to
be forgiven by the heavenly
FATHER, we are sinners; we
must of the time transgress
GOD’s law and we need
forgiveness.
*Even the most mature
among us fails to keep GOD’s
Law perfectly, we all stumble,
fall, slip, we seldom doing to
the fullest degree what we
should do
*WE are always crossing
over from the path we
should be following, we
deviate over into the
forbidden areas, thus
desperately need forgiveness
*GOD promises that he will
forgive our sins if we will do
one simple thing; if we
forgive men their sins, your
heavenly FATHER will also
forgive you; will hear your
prayers, and manifest his
forgiven love to you
There is the warning, Refuse

to forgive and be unforgiven

hinder prayer, he is asking GOD

something himself he is

willing to do. He is asking for
forgiveness of his sin when
he himself in unwilling to
forgive the sin of others
JESUS CHRIST MAKES THE
PROMISE
Forgive men their sin, which
is:
- We do not become
bitter or hostile
- We are not
judgmental
- We do not plan to
take revenge
- We do not hold hard
feeling against
another person
- We do not rejoice in
trouble and trails that
fall upon another
person
Bad feelings against another
person is sin, is holding sin in
your heart, forgiven a person
who has done evil means
that we have a clean heart
MATHEW 7:1-2
1)Judge not, that ye be not
Judge
2)For with what judgment ye
Judge ye shall be Judge and
what measure ye mete, it
shall be measured to you
again
DO NOT JUDGE
Do not Judges, condemn , it
is fault finding, when a
person has come short or
done wrong, and fallen ,its
time for compassion and
reaching out with one’s hand
and speaking kindly to bring
him back the normal part
*The criticizer will be judged
for the very same thing he
judged, the judgment and
condemnation should be by
GOD himself, which is to live
a live of mercy and
compassion
MATTHEW 18:21-35
21)then came Peter to him,
and said, LORD, how oft shall
my brother sin against me,
and I forgive him? Till seven
times?
22)JESUS saith unto him, I
say not unto thee, until seven
times but, until seventy times
seven
23) therefore is the Kingdom
of heaven likened unto a
certain king, which would
take account of his servants.
24)And when he had begun
to reckon, one was brought
unto him, which owed him
ten thousand talents
25)But forasmuch as he had
not to pay, his LORD
commanded him to be sold,
and his wife, and children,
and all that he had, and
payment to be made
26)The servant therefore fell
down, and worshiped him,
saying LORD, have patience
wit me, and I will pay the all
27)Then the LORD of that
servant was moved with
compassion, and Loosed him,
and forgave him the debt
28) But the same servant
went out, and found one of
his fellow servants, which
owed him a hundred pence;
and he laid hands on him,
and took him by the throat
saying pay me that thou
owest
29)And his fellow servant fell
down at his feet, and
besought him, saying, have
patience with me, and I will
pay thee all
30)And he would not; but
went and cast him into
prison, till he should pay the
debt.
31)So when his fellow
servants saw what was done,
they were very sorry, and
came and told unto their
LORD all that was done
32)Then his LORD, after that
he had called him, said unto
him, O thou wicked servant, I
forgave thee all that debt,
because thou desiredst me
33) Shouldest not thou also
have had compassion on thy
fellow servant, even as I had
pity on thee?
34) And his LORD was wroth,
and delivered him to the
tormentors till he should pay
all that was due unto him
35)So likewise, shall my
heavenly FATHER do also
unto you, if ye from your
hearts forgive not every one
his brother their trespasses
THE BELIEVER BEHAVIOR
TOWARD ONE ANOTHER
The Spirit and practice of
forgiveness is unlimited,
which refers to the kingdom
of GOD
Peter asked how often
should we forgive a brother?
Up to seven times? JESUS
said seventy times seven,
forgiving is a believer life
style through eternity is a
matter of the heart, which do
not measure the number of
times it will forgive
*Forgiveness is a thing of the
Spirit, a quality of the spirit
such as love, mercy, grace,
joy, forgiveness- cannot be
measured or limited, they are
by their very nature spiritual
and not physical.
* We are to practice
forgiveness at every
opportunity, good
relationship are impossible
without a forgiving spirit, we
are all sinful and offended no
man walk perfectly anywhere
close to what he should be
*An unforgiving spirit shows
that a person is basically ill
matured, self-centered, and
spiritually immature,
unforgiving reveals that a
person has not grown to be
like JESUS CHRIST in nature
of understanding,
compassion and love.
FORGIVENESS –GOD’S SPIRIT
There is a GOD spirit of
forgiveness, he is always
ready to settle the account of
his servants, he is the king
who rules justly, he is loving,
compassionate, and forgiving
as he forgives enormous
debts.
*There is the servant spirit
of forgiveness, he faces a
person who owed him, that
is, who had offended him in
some way in comparison of
debt or offence which very
small, he reacted severally he
attacked the small debtor
and attempt to squeeze the
payment out of him, he got
angry and showed malice he
acted selfishly and wordily ,
he rejected the cry of mercy
and forgiveness
*GOD the king, does not act
towards us legally, executing
justice, he has compassion
and mercy upon us and
forgives us, wiping out all our
debts.
THE UNFORGIVING PERSON
WILL BE JUDGED
We live and develop a life
of forgiveness, compassion
and mercy and love towards
another , if we do not forgive
from our heart neither will
our FATHER in heaven forgive
us
MARK 11:24-26
24) therefore I say unto you,
what things so ever you
desire when you pray,
believe that ye receive them,
and ye shall have them
25)And when ye stand
praying forgive, if ye have
aught against any that your
FATHER also which is in
heaven may forgive you your
trespasses
26)But if ye do not forgive,
neither will your FATHER
which is in heaven forgive
your trespasses
THE CONDITION OF PRAYER
AND FORGIVENESS
When ye stand praying
forgive if you have anything
against anyone, this is a
critical condition to forgive,
to receive answer to prayer
you must forgive who ever
wrong you, a feels of anger
towards any person,
*That your FATHER also
which is in heaven may
forgive your trespasses
But if ye do not forgive freely
and fully, such as have
trespassed against you, settle
the debts they owe, and pass
by the offences and injuries
done you, neither will your
heavenly FATHER for give
your trespasses
*The same person that are
predestinated to the
adoption of children by JESUS
CHRIST and whom he has
redeemed, that they might
receive it, have their sins;
forgiveness of their sin are
the same that will not forgive
another his trespasses.

YOUR BROTHER TRESPASS
AGAINST THEE REBUKE HIM:
That you may neither offend
others, nor offended by
others, Take heed to your
selves or to one another,
that ye neither give, nor take
offence.
If a person sin against us we
must rebuke them, but if he
repent we are to forgive
them
*The believer is to confront
and put a stumbling block in
his part, we are to correct an
offended brother, which will
be done with love and
compassion not judgmental
spirit
*The believer are to correct
those who sin against them
and do them wrong, to allow
sin to continue is to allow sin
to continue, which is against
GOD commandments.
*GOD forgives the believer
who truly repents, its GOD
ultimate forgiveness that
requires the believer to
forgive anyone who offends
him and truly repent.
