THING CHOKE THE WORD
19) And the care of this
world, and the deceitfulness
of riches, and the lust of
other things entering in
choke the word, and it be
cometh unfruitful
AND THE CARE OF THE
WORLD AND DECEITFULNESS
OF RICHES CHOKE THE
WORD AND BECOME
UNFRUITFUL:
LUKE 16:13-14

20) A faithful man shall
abound with blessings; but
he that maketh Haste TO BE
RICH SHALL NOT BE
INNOCENT
A FAITHFUL MAN: A man of
Truth who deals truly and
justly in all his bargains and
transaction with men are

THAT MAKETH HASTE: But
the eager haste of
covetousness shall not be

TEMPTATION

TEMPTATION: To increase
wordily goods
INTO MANY FOOLISH AND
HURTFUL LUST : the lust or
desire into which those who
long to be rich
FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS
THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL :
attract covetousness and
erred from the faith
2 TIMOTHY 3:2
FOR MEN WILL BE LOVER OF

2) for men shall be lovers of
their own selves, covetous,
boasters, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to
parents, unthankful, unholy
COVETOUS lover of their
own self: lover of money

and your garments are moth-

3) Your gold and silver is
cankered; and the rust of
them shall be a witness

have heaped treasure to
gather for the last days
4) Behold t he hire of the
laborers who have reaped
down your fields, which is of
you kept back bt fraud,
crieth; and the cries of them
which have reaped are
entered into the ears of the
lord of Sabaoth
5) Ye have lived in pleasure
on the earth, and been
wanton; ye have nourished
your hearts, as in a day of
slaughter
6) Ye have condemned and
kill the just; and he doth not
resist you
(WOE) WEEPING TO THE
RICH: h owling for your
miseries coming upon you
*Deep distress
YOUR RICHES ARE
CORRUPTED: there hoarded
treasure and through
fraudulent act
*They accumulated more
than for their use instead to
distribute them to do good to
others, they keep them until
they spoiled
GARMENTS: gold and silver
the particular riches
consisted, and being
corrupted several kinds of
their riches
1 PETER 5: 2
FEED THE FLOCK OF GOD
NOT FOR FILTHY LUCRE
2) Feed the flock of GOD
which is among you, taking
the oversight thereof, not for
filthy lucre, but of a ready
mind
BUT NOT FOR GREEDY
MIND: not out of
covetousness or design to
make gain
2 PETER 2:3
AND THROUGH
COVETOUSNESS SHALL THEY
WITH FEIGNED WORDS
MAKE MERCHANDISE OF
YOU
3) And through covetousness
shall they with feigned words
make merchandise of you;
whose judgment now of a
long time lingereth not, and
their damnation slumbereth
not
4) For if GOD spare not the
angels that sinned, but cast
them down to hell, and
delivered them into chains of
darkness, to be reserved
unto judgment i nto
ALL TYPE OF GREED : vice of
false teaching, which are
always covetous or amass
riches for them self after their
insatiable desire
*Make merchandise of you:
make trade in souls
