HELP MEET FOR HIM
18)And the LORD GOD said,
it is not good that the man
should be alone I will make
him a help meet for him
|
WOMAN- Helper suitable for
him, woman was created to
be loving companion for man
and a helper for him.
As such she was to share his
responsibility and cooperate
with him in fulfilling GOD’S
purpose for his life and the
life of their family
IT IS NOT GOOD THAT MAN
TO BE ALONE
Not pleasant and
comfortable to himself, nor
agreeable to his nature,
being a social creature for
man’s personal comfort; not
being able to procreate or
increasing of man kind , nor
for the glory of GOD
I WILL MAKE HIM A HELP
MEET FOR HIM
One to help him in all the
affairs of life, not only for
procreation, but to provide
things useful and
comfortable for him; to dress
his food, and take care of his
affairs of the family, One like
himself, in nature and
temper and character.
Who might delightfully
converse, and agreeable to
him and answerable to his
case, circumstances, his
wants and wishes.

THE MAKING OF WOMAN
21)And the LORD GOD
caused deep sleep to fall
upon Adam and he slept; and
he took one of his ribs and
closed up the flesh instead
thereof;
22)And the rib which the
LORD GOD had taken from
man, made he a woman, and
brought her unto the man
23)And Adam said, this is
now bone of my bones, and
flesh of my flesh; she shall be
called Woman because she
was taken out of MAN

GOD CAUSED A DEEP SLEEP
That the opening of his side
and the taking away of his
RIB, while he knows no sin,
GOD will take care that he
shall feel no pain.
The woman was taken by
the side of man, and not the
higher or lower part of his
body, to show that she is
nether to govern nor usurp
authority over him
1 TIMOTHY 2:12 nor his
slave or servant but his
companion, to be treated
with kindness, respect and
affection
THE WOMB- MAN
She was a WOMB- MAN; or
a man with the womb or
female man because he was
taken out of a man side of
the man to protect her and
be loved by him
AND BROUGHT UNTO THE
MAN
From some place GOD first
carried her, and bring her a
bride to a bridegroom to be
married to him, is the duty
of both parents of providing
marriage for their children
and expecting their parents’
consent in marriage.
THIS IS NOW BONE OF BONE
For now the woman is made
of my bone; but time to
come the woman as well as
man shall be produced
another way by generation,
made GOD provide woman
to help and for procreation

MARRIAGE
24)Therefore shall a man
leave his father and mother,
and shall cleave unto his
wife; and they shall be one
flesh
25)And they were both
naked the man and his wife,
and were not ashamed

THEREFORE SHALL A MAN
LEAVE HIS FATHER AND
MOTHER AND CLEAVE TO
HIS WIFE
GOD in the beginning
ordained marriage and the
family unit as the first and
most important institution
He shall depart from his
father’s house, and no more
dwell with him, and having
taken a wife must provide
accommodation and a house
to dwell together
PSALM 45:10
AND SHALL CLEAVE
TOGETHER
With cordial affection, taking
care of her, nourishing and
taken care of each other
NAKED AND NOT ASHAMED
Their outward nakedness
was a sign of integrity, they
live and moved without guilt,
shame, or fear of explanation
or naked
Adam and Eve live with moral
innocence before they sinned
moral and spiritual death
came immediately, while
Physical death came later

THE FALL OF MAN/WOMAN
6)And when the woman saw
that the tree was good for
food and that it was pleasant
to the eyes and a tree to be
desired to make one wise,
she took of the fruits thereof,
and did eat, and gave also
unto her husband with her;
and he did eat
7)And the eyes of them both
were opened, and they knew
that they were naked; and
they sewed fig leave
together, and made
themselves aprons

EVE AND ADAM SPIRITUAL

The woman saw that the
tree was good for food-
The lost GOD-consciousness
and gain self –consciousness,
they lost the power to do
good, and gained the power
to do evil, Every body born
into the world with a sinful
nature ROM. 8:5-8
AND THE WOMAN SAW AND
SHE TOOK the fruit appears
inviting to the eyes, and
really good for food, which
appears the that she unable
to resist temptation , she eat
and give it to her husband
However, after they sin
When Adam and Eve sinned,
the awareness of nakedness
became associated with sin
and the fallen, Moral death
consisted in the death of
GOD’S life became sinful;
spiritually death and their
former relationship to GOD
in innocence was destroyed,
resulting to guilt and
condemnation
Since the sin of Adam and
Eve, every person born of
Adam and Eve in to the world
with sinful nature, this
corruption of human nature
involves man to go alone
his own selfish way without
concerned of GOD or others,
and it is passed on to all
human being

THE FALL
16)Unto the woman he said,
I will greatly multiple thy
sorrow thou shalt bring forth
children and thy desire shall
be to thy husband, and shall
rule over thee

The woman condemned to a
state of sorrow and
subjection- proper
punishment for sin in which
she had as a mother and
wife-
The pain of child bearing thy
sorrow and in thy conception
thou shall as penalty of the
fall,
THY DESIRE SHALL BE TO
THY HUSBAND
Thy desires shall be referred
or submitted to thy
husband’s will and control by
his will
AND HE SHALL RULE OVER
THEE
The subjection of her to the
husband due to the initiation
of the fruit and did it herself,
without the will or consent of
the husband and tempted
him to do the same

THE CURSE / MAN AFTER
THE FALL
17)And unto Adam he said
Because thou hast hearkened
unto the voice of thy wife
and hast eaten of the tree, of
which I commanded thee,
saying, thou shalt not eat of
it; cursed is the ground for
thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou
eat of it all the days of thy
life

BECAUSE THOU HAST
HEARKENED UNTO THE
VOICE OF THY WIFE
Because you obeyed the
word of your wife and
counsel contrary to the
express commandment of
GOD, instead of acting as his
wife’s defender prior to her
disobedience, he became her
guilty through yielding
himself to her persuasions,
and eaten of the tree of
which GOD say thou shall not
eat of it .
CURSED IS THE GROUND
FOR THY SAKE
The whole earth, which was
made for man, and all things
in it, of which he had the
possession and dominion ,
which is man’s earthly
blessing is now turned into a
curse by sin.
In sorrow because of thy sin,
shall thou eat of it all the
days of thy life, meaning that
with much toil and trouble,
cultivating the earth, he will
get his food from great
difficulty

WHAT GOD HAS PUT
TOGETHER
5)And said, for this cause
shall a man leave father and
mother, and shall cleave to
his wife; and they twain shall
be one flesh?
6)Wherefore they are no
more twain, but one flesh,
what therefore GOD hath
joined together, let not man
put asunder

AND SAID FOR THIS CAUSE
By divine appointment, shall
a man leave father and
mother, and shall cleave to
his wife: and they twain shall
be one flesh.
The marriage connection is
the most tender and
endearing of all human
relations that bond which
unites us to a parent.
Shall leave his father and
Mother-This means, shall
bind himself more strongly to
his wife than he was to his
father or mother
And shall cleave unto his
wife- a union of the firmest
kind of gluing and means so
fairly to adhere that nothing
can separate them.
To join together, to glue
together; to cement
together, to join to the closet
union possible, to be bound
together, to be spiritual
union
WHAT THEREFORE GOD
HATH JOINED TO GATHER
The united husband and
wife are joined by
No one is to separate what
GOD joins together, neither
the husband nor wife nor any
one else is to step in
between the two and cause
separation8
There is the spiritual union;
the sharing and melting and
molding of each other’s
spirit, which can only be
done by GOD, so their must
be sharing together with
GOD for there them to be
nourished and matured in
the Spirit they become one
person
The couple share the
presence of GOD and his
saving grace together as a
result GOD gives them
spiritual assurance and
strength which they share
together through out life
A man and woman being
united means-, being to one
another in GOD’S Spirit is
true marriage, the glorious
gift of GOD

MARRIAGE:
SUBMISSION OF WIVES
22)Wives, submit yourselves
unto your own husband, as
unto the LORD
|
THE BELIEVING WIFE TO
WALK IN THE SPIRIT OF
SUBMISSION
GOD appointed task
of helping and
submitting to their
husband and to walk
in the spirit of
submission, to submit
to GOD’S will by
submitting to their
husband: To Love
AS UNTO THE LORD
The believer’s wives are to
obey the LORD, as they set
focus and set their lives upon
pleasing the LORD and their
husband above all thing else.
God sees a wife’s submission
to her husband as an actual
part of her obedience to
JESUS, as to the LORD

THE HEAD
THE HUSBAND IS THE HEAD
OF THE WIFE
23)For the husband is the
head of the wife, even as
CHRIST is the head of the
Church; and he is the savior
of the body

THE HUSBAND IS THE HEAD
OF THE WIFE
GOD has established the
family as basic unit in society,
every family must have a
leader, therefore, GOD has
assigned to the husband the
responsibility of being head
of the wife and family
His leadership of the wife
should be exercised with
love, gentleness and
consideration for the wife
and family
To submit is Spiritual
mystery, the wife’s
submission is comparable to
JESUS CHRIST, which is
Patten for the wife:
As she submits to JESUS
CHRIST, so she is to submit to
her husband
AND HE IS THE SAVIOR OF
THE BODY
JESUS CHRIST is the savior of
his church, implying that so
also the husband is given to
the wife to be a savior to her,
in maintaining, protecting,
and defending her, and
therefore the wife, if she
regard her own good, should
not grudge to be subject to
him
Therefore, in GOD’S order of
things for the family, the
husband is the head over the
family, he arranges things in
the Spirit of tenderness and
love and the wife is to submit
herself in a sweet Spirit of
understanding and
reasonableness
