sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to
have been continually before me
9)I will take no bullock ou of thy
house, nor he goats out of thy
folds
10)For every beast of the forest is
mine, and the cattle upon a
thousand hills
11) I know all the fowls of the
mountains and the wild beasts of
the field are mine
12)If I were hungry, I would not
tell thee; for the world is mine,
and the fullness thereof.
13)Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or
drink the blood of goats?
14)Offer unto GOD thanksgivings
and pay thy vows unto the most
high
15)And call upon me in the day of
trouble; I will deliver thee, and
thou shalt glorify me

I WILL NOT REPROVE THEE FOR THY
SACRIFICE
GOD did not need their offering- he
is already the owner of all the earth,
the sacrifice were for their sakes, as
they find it difficult in keeping godly
sacrifice of loving God and our
neighbor
SACRIFICE AND BURNT OFFERING
BEEN CONTINUALLY BEFORE ME
Thy offering and sacrifice are,
without break I have had enough of
them not, only daily, evening and
morning are continually made, but
they have not been accepted due to
it outward characteristics he don’t
need a sacrifice for the sake of
receiving, what he otherwise is the
owner, every wild beast of the
forest are his,
FOR EVERY BEAST OF THE FOREST
IS MINE, AND THE CATTLE UPON A
THOUSND HILLS
All the beast that roam at large in
the wilderness; all that are wild and
unclaimed by man, if he need such
offering, he was not dependent on
them.
IF IWERE HUNGRY, IWOULD NOT
TELL THEE
Suppose it possible that I could be
hungry, I should not have recourse
to man for the world is mine and
everything that contains in it
If GOD should hunger, he would
not stand in need of man’s help in
order to satisfy himself; but he is
never hungry, for he is the GOD
above all carnal wants ., what GOD
requires is not by any means the
outward worship of sacrifice, but a
spiritual offering, the worship of the
heart, by faith, repentance, and
love
WILL I EAT THE FLESH OF BULLS OR
DRINK THE BLOOD OF GOATS
But will I as, the LORD of heaven
and earth, the creator of heaven
and earth and of all things, both
visible and invisible, can need
material sustenance , and
condescend to find any sustenance
in bull flesh and goat bloods?
OFFER UNTO GOD THANKSGIVING
It is that of thankfulness, to GOD’S
great and numberless favors, which
proceeds from a heart deeply
affected with GOD’S mercies,
repentance, love submission,
devotion, gratitude, obedience,
which is well pleasing to GOD
PSALMS 51:16-17
16)For thou desirest not sacrifice;
else would I give it; thou
delightest not in burnt offering
17)The sacrifice of the GOD are a
broken spirit; a broken and a
contrite heart, o GOD, thou wilt
not despise
FOR THOU DESIRE NOT SACRIFICE
For thou delights, because such
sacrifice are mere external offering,,
outward sacrifice, in bloody offering
themselves, unaccompanied with
genuine expression of deep
repentance , love and compassion,
was not what GOD want, he
demanded expression of deep
sincere repentance, love mercy the
religion of the heart
PSALMS 40:6-8
6)Sacrifice and offering thou didst
not desire; mine ears hast thou
opened; burnt offering and sin
offering hast thou not required
7)Then said I, lo I come; in the
volume of the book it is written
of me
8)I delight to do your thy will, o
my GOD; yea, the law is within my
heart
SACRIFICE AND OFFERING THOU
DIDST OT DESIRE
David prophesies that work of
wonder, redemption by our LORD
JESUS CHRIST, he must come, which
is CHRIST, who must bring glory to
GOD and grace to man, which was
impossible by sacrifices and burnt
offerings? No, it is not these which
GOD really desires, Samuel had
already preached the doctrine,
Behold, to obey is better than
sacrifice, and to harken than the fat
of rams
(1 Samuel 15:22) Sacrifice and
offering are not required at all:
rather says they are disillusionment
and abomination ISAIAH 1:11-12,
the one thing needed is obedience,
love, mercy willing to do the will as
reveals of GOD, than to any external
rites and forms.
Here we enter upon of the most
wonderful passage in which the
incarnate SON of GOD/ Messiah is
seen ,belong to the person and time
of the Messiah, GOD did not desire
or require them for the satisfaction
of his own justice and the
compensation of men’s sins, which
could not possible be done by the
blood of bulls or goats as is said
Therefore David spoke
prophetically of the coming
Messiah, confirm by the Holy Spirit
in HEBREW 10:4-6
THEN SAID I LO, I COME; IN THE
VOLUME OF THE BOOK
It is easy to see that it applied to
the Messiah/ JESUS CHRIST, it was
true of the Messiah that he came14
from heaven into the world in flesh
to perform a higher work of
obedience, extending to death
IN THE VOLUME OF THE BOOK
It include any volume Scroll or roll
of the law where a record of
prophesy was named, embracing all
that, had being written at the
commandment of GOD, spoken by
the Messiah
I DELIGHT TO DO YOUR WILL, O
GOD- In obeying the law, in
submitting to all the trials appointed
to me; in making an atonement for
the sins of men,
YEA THY LAW IS WITHIN MY HEART
I do not only hear and understand
it, but receive it with love, affection,
delighting both to meditate and
yield to obedience
The law of GOD is with JESUS
CHRIST, his obedience was not
external, but proceed from the
heart.
HEBREW 10:5-10
5)Wherefore when he cometh
into the world, he saith, Sacrifice
and offering thou wouldest not,
but a body hast thou prepared me
6)In burnt offering and sacrifice
for sin thou hast had no pleasure
7)Then said I, lo, I come in the
volume of the book it is written of
me to do thy will o GOD
8)Above when he said, Sacrifice
and offering and burnt offering for
sin thou wouldest not, neither
hadst pleasure therein; which was
offered by the law
9)Then said he, lo I come to do
thy will o GOD he taketh away the
first, that he may establish the
second
10)By the which will we are
sanctified though the offering of
the body of JESUS CHRIST once for
all
WHERE FOR
JESUS CHRIST’S voluntary self
offering, in contrast to those
inefficient sacrifice, it show to fulfill
perfectly the will of GOD as to our
redemption, by completely atoning
for our sins
As if he had said, because the blood
of bulls and goats could not take
away sins, therefore CHRIST offered
himself as a sacrifice to do it,
CHRIST obedient submission to the
FATHER in coming to earth, which
replaces the Mosaic sacrifice as
placed by submissive obedience to
the will of GOD, JESUS wiliness to
be the supreme sacrifice for sins of
the world.
SACRIFICE AND OFFERING THOU
WOULDEST NOT
Thou cares not for slaughtered
beast or bloodless oblation which is
of legal externalism that is nullity
GOD did not will to redeem man by
animal sacrifice, but by human
sacrifice of inestimable
accomplishment, to this end he
prepared a body JESUS CHRIST for
the eternal redemption , who came
to do the will of GOD and die for the
sins of the world
GALATIANS 1:4
1 PETER 2:24

BOOK

SACRIFICE AND OFFERINGS, AND
BURNT OFFERINGS AND OFFERING
FOR SIN THOU WOULD NOT,
NEITHER HAVE PLEASURE IN THEM
The purpose of is that the fulfilment
of GOD’S will by the substitute for
sacrifice and offerings, offered by
man,
HE TAKETH AWAY THE FIRST THAT
HE MAY ESTABLISH THE SECOND
The first refers to sacrifice and
offering, which shows that they are
of no value in removing sin, by
taken away the first, which was
animal sacrifice and man offering,
which was inefficient and declare
his purpose to abolish them , that
he may establish the Second,
BY THE WHICH WILL WE ARE
SANCTIFIED THROUGH THE
OFFERING OF THE BODY OF JESUS
CHRIST ONCE FOR ALL
That is, by the sacrifice of JESUS
CHRIST, which was willingly offered
up by himself, and according to the
will of GOD; it was his will of
command, that he should lay down
his life and be crucified and slain,
hereby the people of GOD are
sanctified and are full pardon of
them, is procured, their person are
completely justify from sin., their
sins are perfectly atoned he might
establish that sacrifice of the body
of JESUS CHRIST with the divine
will, for the abolishing of sin for the
redemption through CHRIST
Bringing in everlasting
righteousness by the body JESUS
CHRIST once for all
those who are lost LUKE

EXECUTE TRUE JUDGMENT, AND
SHEW MERCY AND
COMPASSIONS EVERY MAN TO
HIS BROTHER
(9) thus speaketh the LORD of
hosts, saying, execute true
judgment, and shew mercy and
compassions every man to his
brother;
(10) And oppress not the widow,
nor the fatherless, the stranger,
nor the poor; and let none of you
imagine evil against his brother in
your heart.
The LORD gave the people four
very specific charges, carrying out
these charges would lay the
foundation for a strong society
EXECUTE TRUE JUDGMENT:
The people were to administer true
justice, which is not limited to court
of law, lying, stealing, cheating,
without hated, partiality, or bribe to
give sentence, it is to apply to every
person, every relationship, and
every situation, which “MEANS”
GOD’s people look out for one
another and meet each others’
need, especially the needs of the
weaker and more vulnerable
member of the society; widows
orphans, immigrants, and the poor
SHOW MERCY AND COMPASSION
EVERY MAN TO HIS BROTHER
The people are to show mercy and
compassion to one another which
involve more than forgiveness, it
also meant:
Ø To be loving, kind, and
faithful
Ø To faithfully bear, hold up or
support one another
Ø To show kindness even
when other and not kind
Being merciful requires GOD’S
people to go above and beyond
what was required, to do right thing
even when others did not
COMPASSION – is tender love and
concerned, especially to those in
need , which go further from not
abusing or exploiting each other,
they should be deep love and care
for one another
OPPRESS NOT THE FATHERLESS
WIDOW, STRANGER AND THE
POOR
The people/ believers were but
rather to care for the weak, the
widows, the orphan/ fatherless,
strangers and the poor, GOD’S law
makes many provision to make
sure that the poor are not
mistreated and determine how he
treat the weakest members.
AND LET NO ONE IMAGINE EVIL IN
HIS HEART AGAINST HIS BROTHER
In most cases, covetousness/greed
was the cause of the people’s
plotting evil, whoever the people
are warned not to think or plan evil
against others, plotting evil is a
crime that GOD’S people should
desist from:
*To extort and bribe
* To cheat and steal
*To exploit and oppress
* To do all kinds of evil acts to get
and advantage over another
MICAH 6: 8
THE LORD REQUIRE OF THEE,
BUT TO DO JUSTLY, AND TO
LOVE MERCY
HE HATH SHEWED THEE, O MAN,
WHAT IS GOOD; AND WHAT
DOTH THE LORD REQUIRE OF
THEE, BUT TO DO JUSTLY, AND
TO LOVE MERCY
(8) He hath shewed thee, o Man,
what is good; and what doth the
LORD require of thee, but to do
justly, and to love mercy, and to
walk humbly with thy GOD
HE HATH SHOW THEE O MAN
WHAT IS GOOD
The people sought to approach and
become acceptable to GOD through
ritual and sacrifice question was
asked:
Would offering up animal sacrifice
make them acceptable to GOD?
Would giving large offering please
GOD?
Would offering a human sacrifice
the first-born child- arose GOD to
forgive their sins and make them
acceptable to him
It was very clear that obviously that
no person can by through human
effort, it is not ritual or religion that
make a person acceptable
HE HAD SHOWED THEE O MAN
WHAT THE LORD REQUIRE
Although the people reject what
was good, the LORD told them was
good:
TO ACT JUSTLY
People should treat one another
fairly, honestly, and ethically, the
bible concept of justice include the
ordinary restraints against stealing,
cheating, dishonesty, bribery,
extortion, adultery, covetousness,
Gods justice is to do good is that
people should seek to do good to
one another, to help one another at
the time of need, to promote the
welfare of the helpless and defend
less
TO LOVE MERCY
To LORD love his people to love
and seek the mercy of GOD and by
merciful to one another, which
implies, a loyal love, a steadfast
lovingkindness, is a love that not on
merit but pardon others whether or
not a person deserves it
TO WALK HUMBLY WITH GOD
LORD requires us to walk humbly
with him, meekly or modestly, not
proudly or arrogantly, they are to be
free from pride, egotism they are to
be humble, boastfulness ,
pretentiously and to trust in GOD
and acknowledge him as he source
of their lives
EXODUS 20:6
AND SHOWING MERCY
AND SHOWING MERCY UNTO
THOUSAND THAT LOVE HIM
(6) And showing mercy unto
thousands of them that love me
and keep my commandment
And showing mercy unto thousands
that love me: and show their love by
worshipping GOD, and him only, by
serving him acceptably with
reverence and godly fear, by
cheerful obedience to all his
commands: by keeping these form
of right principles, and the right
views is an instance and evidence of
the love of GOD JOHN 14:15
And to such persons he shows
mercy and kindness, perform acts of
grace, and bestows on them
blessing of goodness. And this is
shown to thousand, to multitudes,
who are blessed with such grace as
to love GOD and keep his
commandments, which is observed
through thousands of generations
EXODUS 22:22-23
YE SHALL NOT AFFLICT ANY
WIDOW, OR FATHERLESS CHILD
YE SHALL NOT AFFLICT ANY
WIDOW, OR FATHERLESS
(22) Ye shall not afflict any
widow, or fatherless child
(23) If thou afflict them in any
wise, and they cry at all unto me I
will surely hear their cry
(24) And my wrath shall wax hot,
and I will kill you with the sword;
and your wives shall be widow,
and your children fatherless.
This law warned people not to take
advantage of the weak and helpless
in society such as the widow,
fatherless, they are defenseless,
helpless, vulnerable, unprotected
are at great risk in society
GOD cares for the weak and
defenseless, for the widow and
orphans , he would, therefore, hear
their cry and judge the oppressor,
without mercy and compassion and
a person dared to break the law,
GOD warned the oppressor, will
suffer judgment of GOD, compared
to killing and leaving behind a
widow and children who will be
fatherless
GOD demand that we show mercy
and compassion by protecting and
providing to the widows and
orphans
JEREMIAH 21:12
THE LORD, EXECUTE JUDGMENT
IN THE MORNING, AND
DELIVER HIM THAT IS SPOILED
THE LORD EXECUTE JUDGMENT
IN THE MORNING, AND DELIVER
HIM THAT IS SPOILED OUT OF
THE HAND OF THE OPPRESSOR
(12) O house of David, thus saith
the LORD; Execute Judgment in
the morning, and deliver him that
is spoiled out of the hand of the
oppressors , lest my fury go out
like fire, and burn that none can
quench it, because of the evil of
your doings
EXECUTE JUDGMENT IN THE
MORNING
Execute judgment in the morning: -
be it early, and dispatch it speedily;
show a sincere regards for it, prefer
and do no delay by partiality
And deliver him that is ruined out of
the hand of the oppressor; that had
anything taken from him by force or
fraud, that ws either robbed or
cheated of his substance or was
refused what he had lent to or
entrusted, the LORD say deliver
them from the hands of their
enemies
